Napalm Death are late-comer German thrashers. Mercyful Fate (then King Diamond afterwards), Venom & Bathory show quality merit ('specialy the King) in early Black Metal but not much after that. All of the core genres are bs because they through the meaning out the window and opt for the 'heaviest most brutal' sound possible. And speed metal is a subgenre of power metal and the NWOBHM, with the earlier shown technicality of both genres played with more speed. There, now listen to the bloody music
