IF Your computer already has sata ports for your hd and cd rom, you will NOT need a sata card. If your using windows XP and do not have sata ports, you will need the sata card. Good luck, it's not that hard. Message me if you need help..

for benq if your mb has a sata port plug your sata cable into the raid 0 port and it works it has worked for me for ben q's and samungs but i ended up getting a card because hitachis were crashing my computer and if you erased a liteon without the card your fucked

hey dude wen u do that put the card before u turn it on or install the drivers for the card first and turn off the pc and then plug the card and turn it on if u did that already turn off the pc and plug your xbox 360 and turn it on then turn your pc on it should work

ive flashed benq's before using the 360 itself to power it up and plugged straight into the raid 0 sata slot on the motherboard orf my comp itself

@mattluvsrush1 yeah you will NOT need a 6421 sata card unless your modding Lite-ons o have one becuase i mod everyday and you can get the card off of ebay for like 8 bucks but if your doing it for yourself all you really need is the free software and a long sata cable you can use your system itself to give power to the drive and an internal sata port that you plug the drive into

opening it wont damage anything...hopefully. all you gotta do is remove one or two screws, pull of the side case and stick the pci card in the correct slot
