HAHAHA There are a number of 6 cylinders engines that AMG put in the W124. First was the 3.2L SOHC M103 engine. AMG took the stock M103 3.0L engine, bumped it up to 3.2L and made 245HP out of it. Then there was the AMG 3.4L DOHC M104 engine which made 275HP, and finally the AMG 3.6L M104 engine which also made 275HP but more torque.
There were 3.4 L conversions done to the 3.0 L M104.980 by AMG, prior to their formal cooperation with Daimler Benz.
AMG developed a 3.4 L M104 that was used in the E34 and E34T AMG (W124) vehicles. Amount of oil in engine is 7.5 litres and amount of coolant in engine is 9 litres
