I agree, But remember that the majority of the other songs on the CD are quite heavy, and as with the case of Heartstrings come undone and Deteriorate, DH usually throws in a couple lighter songs, and They are excellent.

Gosh dakota sounds like my ex-gf. She always looked down on me simply because my worship was not as "enthusiastic" as hers or because I looked too sleepy on Sunday mornings in church. You can be set apart from the world and worship God while still enjoying this music. I honestly wish people would stop using their religion as an "I'm better than you" shield. Stop trying to please people, and start trying to please God. Period.

PS - Demon Hunter rules the Christian hard rock/metal genre!

@Dakota: I presume that you believe this not to be spiritual because it is made with instruments of today, instead of the harps and such that King David would have used. But to be fair, in 'that' day, those were the available instruments. Lots of music is made with them, and it is not confined to spiritual worship music. I find that it is often not what you do, but your intentions that define the meaning of a particular act. This is made to help Christians and inspire them. I see no problems.

yah, totally different from their other stuff. Don't know if I quite like it. the vocals (excluding the screams and growls) in this song and the other two are a different feel from the vocals on Storm the Gates of Hell or their previous albums.

I know what you mean, but Ryan Clark has always been very involved in the writing of DH, instead of writing with Don, he wrote this album with Patrick (new guitarist.) And If i remember correctly Yogi has been involved with the band from the very beginning, as like a tour drummer.
