this is true. however, you have not looked into the right wing's spending patterns, or anything else concerning them. they have become a bunch of fasistic pigs. they have gone down hill since the late 60's. check it out. :)
honestly Kid if you read this, I don't throw around death if im not serious, but this world would be a lot better if cheney, rush and beck did die. So I truly hope they do because they are detrimental. Some day you'll figure that out. i don't wish death on conservatives, just these 3 destroy the US
philisophically, you are correct. however, what you really need to look at is "what has the republican party actually done?" keep in mind that this is not focusing on philosophy in any way.
philosophy is what im talking about. the republicans you are talking about are politicians. politicians are all evil and self-serving no matter what their platform is.
I have every right to speak my mind, I know you hate seeing younger people speak, but we will not be silenced. It's your job to attempt to correct our wrongs if you have a problem, not to shut up just because you think I'm young. These are the rights our forefathers died for, I'm just exercising them to the best of my ability. Not abusing them, but using them.
SpikeDawg, even though I do not agree with your political and religious views, I'm giving you props for having a modicum of maturity regarding Rush Limbaugh. From the few conservative posts I've read, some rip you because you're liberal with liberal views. I can see their side, however I sense you are genuinely open minded to learning subjects you don't know much about. Read Thomas Sowell's Basic Economics if you want to get a good understanding of money and finances.
Good video man. Glad to see someone thinking for themselves. To all the cons hating on this kid, you are only driving him to our side, so thanks for that.
Thank you for essentially wishing my ultimate hero, Rush Limbaugh well. You aren't wishing him dead, so I believe you must be wishing him well. Signed, an ultra, ultra conservative Rush Limbaugh loving Republican. I'm giving you five stars here buddy.
To say the only part of politics you're interested in are the aspects of abortion and gay marriage is really stupid, those issues don't matter If you're not personally affected by them (which I'm assuming you're not) then why do you give a crap Economics and health care is probably the most important as it affects all Americans and claiming you want to learn more about it is also stupid, you have the whole internet you're not going to learn anything relevant in an economics course in high school
Typical...Completely typical mind-set if the young, brainwashed American liberal.

Most everything after that is irrelevant and incoherent...as you would expect if you listened to his opening.
Look, Kid...All these hateful, racist liberals you're bashing...They ALL started down the path of miserable hatred and closed mindedness about the same way you are now...same mindset.
I simply said I do not have the knowledge to make a judgement about Rush as an individual, or the knowledge of economics to debate it. Please explain how i'm closed minded, I'm trying to understand things, I'm honest, and I'm open to ideas. And Destroyer, my musical taste/style of dress is very much irrelevant, and besides the point. My opinions have been formed based on study and discussion, don't get it twisted.
@shadowdrinkerx people always say american liberal, here the problem our country is more right of the center than it has ever been left, this is not me this is looking at issues and proposals of REPUBLICAN presidents that would not even pass on the left now a days
@shadowdrinkerx aren't you the close minded person for judging Liberals. Party biasts are the downfall of American politics. the media twists both wings goals into sounding "bad" when really they don't show both sides points. So you are helping to lead people down a single minded viewpoint. I understand you not likeing this kid but don't judge all liberals for his stupidity also i'm only 14 and i'm farily liberal so I don't apreciate being judged and I don't think of myself as hateful or racist
Ok my only problem with your video was what was in the first thirty seconds or so. To get it out there I'm a libertarian, fiscally conservative, socially liberal. And to talk about liberals promoting personal freedom is insane. Liberalism is inherently anti-individual because as you place more and more emphasis on the collective you inherently take more and more emphasis from the individual. This is a fact. It cannot be avoided.
Well, liberals tend to be more likely in support of things like gay marriage, something I think is an issue of freedom. However, many democrats are against it, but I do see your perspective regarding personal freedom. Fiscally I'm leaning liberal, but again, I have a lot to learn in that area.
I know what I know, tell me what I don't, I'd love for you to enlighten me. I'd rather admit to a lack of knowledge in some areas than spew from the mouth points I can't back.
If you stand for freedoms then you would be a conservative. From the bill of rights, to keeping more of your own money (and less taxes) conservatives will be there to protect all of your freedoms (except abortion for obvious reasons) Dont get republicans and conservatives confused though, these days you dont have to be a conservative to be a republican, which is part of their downfall.
I'm for abortion (as long as it's in the first 3 months), gay marriage, against affirmative action, but I also actually believe we shouldn't have more or less taxes, I just want to see our taxes go to good causes, such as education, or course the basic necessities, effective programs to help those in need, etc. I find it quite selfish to say that I want low taxes, I'm not a socialist, but I do find that a certain amount of redistribution of wealth is necessary to close the gap with poverty.
The government should provide a safety net, but it should not be viewed as a permanent situation, nor a redistrbution of wealth. The government has been attempting to redistribute wealth since the New Deal and the gap between rich and poor has widened, not decreased. It is also not selfish to want lower taxes, or stated differently, to keep more of your own money. the government only needs money to meet its obligations, not to give to others who are able to work for it.
If you believe in freedom for the individual, then you must also accept that individual has the responsibility to make his or her own way in the world as much as lies within their power to do so. We have too many people gaming the system and one day it's all going to come crashing down and we'll have liberal policy to thank for the lion's share of it. You will more likely better steward of your own property than large, inefficient government.
Ask millions of Gay Americans who can't marry or women who may soon lose the right to choose what to do with their own bodies if conservatives stand for "freedom." Also, I'd say the greatest threat to all of our freedoms is the blatantly anti-constitutional Patriot Act, rushed through Congress by the GOP controlled Congress in 2003.
Wrong. The greatest threat to our freedoms is this debacle of this health care bill that's not really about health care but instead government control over society. Is the Patriot Act taking more freedom than this bill that cuts 500 billion from Medicare, ADD more people on the program, and CUT costs AT THE SAME TIME? It is not possible.
The greatest freedom you have is the freedom to make decisions regarding your personal health. If this disaster passes, you're going to have a bureaucrat making a decision whether YOU or YOUR LOVED ONES get treatment that can have life and death ramifications. If you're not of Mediacare age you WILL BE some day. The gov't will not care if you're liberal or conservative when you get to be too old in their minds to receive medical treatment. Wake up!
@davidgitar And you still still have the right to make personal health care decisions. Stop lying about "government bureaucrats." There are no death panels and there is no "government takeover."
@ jensen: And you believe everything they tell you even though language to the contrary exists in the House Bill. I am not lying and there will be gov't bureaucrats involved in some decisions involving health care. Read it for yourself before you call somebody a liar.
@davidgitar Read and quote me the part where it says that "government will control society" as you wrote. Or the part where it says you won;t e able to make your own decisions on your own private insurance.
@jensen The Dems are not going to come out in the open and say word for word what I said, but the real impact of this bill will be just that: control of the individual. You have to read between the lines and discern the real impact of the bill. And I never said anything about private insurance; I said your personal health care which is what the insurance pays for. They'll make the decision by denying care once they have control via the public option.
@davidgitar Just what I thought. You are full of it. And btw there IS no public option in the new version of the bill, so there goes your conspiracy theory.
@jensen And you believe it will NEVER come back? You are incredibly naive. Even if they do not have public option in the final version of the bill that goes to Obama "this time", it WILL reappear later if the Dems have anything to do with it. It doesn't matter if you believe it or not. Liberals will not stop until this country is wrecked unless people of common sense kicks out incumbent Congressmen and women EVERY election cycle and elect people that will actually listen to them.
Yes indeed. Ask them what they think of DEMOCRAT voters in 3 solidly DEMOCRAT states, who voted in solid majorities AGAINST gay marriage in 08 what they think.
Blaming conservatives for the fact that gays can't get married (while turning a blind eye to the fact that their own party's voters don't support them either) is utterly intellectually dishonest.
@SpikeDawgProductions, you say it`s OK to wish someone ill if they are "a detriment/doing harm to society", that being said there's loads of people that truely believe Rush qualifies. Why can't they express their views without being harrassed?
To put things in context HowTheWorldWorks has similar harsh feelings towards Al Gore say in this video F6H9-WGoU9s. There's nothing wrong with HTWW expressing his views, wishing Gore be treated like a terrorist.
@ZangaroZen I didn't say it was ok, but understandable, yes. I'm not harassing anybody, believe me. However, to wish death upon someone is very harsh, and I would disagree with HTWW on Al Gore as a terrorist. I do not beleive it is a detriment to society, or that you become one, if you wish death upon another. That is expressing one's views, and expressing views is never truly detrimental. We all must learn and grow, and it is hard to do that when voices are being censored out.
@SpikeDawgProductions, agreed. It's not necessary to wish ill of Limbaugh or Gore. Those that do are self-pwning themselves, especially if they are being hyprocritical as HTWW is, wishing ill to Gore, but denoucing anyone wishing the same to Limbaugh.

Limbaugh amounts to biased personal opinions. Worthless.
