When he was young ye, but he can't speak Latin and Spanish anymore. He probably stills knows a few words but he stated in an interview that he can only speak English and German now.

Yeah, I noticed. For some reason in the manga I imagined Luffy's voice! But this guy really is good with Natsu. It's just that I compared it to his role in FMA. Very versatile.

@LadyOfWater I thought I was the only one! When I started reading FT I imagined him with a voice kinda like luffy's, so I kinda freaked out when I heard how rough his voice was in the anime. But oddly enough, it works! I didn't think it would, but it really did fit.
