yeah but his death was an accident, he had plans with a friend the day after he died, he actually asked his friend to ring early in the morning to wake him up, the morning he didnt wake up. Im sure it was just an accident, obviosly no one really knows but it seems strange for him not to leave a note or say bye to his daughter or something. Although yeah you are right he did look in a bad way after dark knight, but i just cant believe it had anything to do with the joker, i just cant.

HAve you seen tropic thunder?, reminiscent of Downey's character; Bale said in an interview after Batman Begins that he's talking in the American accent because batman is such an American Icon that speaking in a british accent gould hurt the idea of his American Bruce wAYNE persona. Not sure if I agree, but it's his thing and he's a great result.

...actually never mind that last post... I just saw another video of them shooting in Hong Kong and it involves Hong Kong police vehicles... I doubt they would use those if the scene was meant to be part of Gotham City.
