I can guarantee that Dr. Goebbels may have had a high IQ, but yet still he could have had a terribly low EQ. When there is no balance in both of these sections the persons behavior pattern can vary most of the time.Having a high IQ is certainly different then having a high EQ. In a sense it is sad he yearned for acceptance.
Also, a quick note babe. He was in love with Lida Barrova a Czech actress. He wanted to flee with her, and leave his life behind. So I think even Joseph was confused in a sense.
