Interesting. I always thought the "Belongs" campaign was a local one. It was about this time (1979-80) that Channels 2 and 11 switched networks while Channel 5 stayed put...so, I figured "5 Belongs" was a not-so-subtle jab at the other Big 3 channels in the Atlanta market.
OMG, you even got the UFO building in there... Atlanta in the 1970s... OM frickin G...!!!! I'm 43 and remember all of these idents!

I have always been curious about the "X Belongs" package by Peters Productions. These are great IDs and instrumentation.
