anyone do burpees by dropping onto a loaded barbell and either doing a deadlift or clean and jerk instead of the jump? how about holding dumbells through out inclding the jump. just figured id share my ideas and ill have to give this version a try.
ive also experience chinup burpees and dip burpees. a muscle up burpee is the antichrist. i would love to hear any other burpee variations out their (also seen the broad jump burpee and the mule kick burpee)
the c&j(or any other olympic lift or variation) would be too technical and possibly dangerous when paired w/ burpees, unless its an extremely light weight. i can see possibly doing a DL or high pull, but i'm worried about the bar sliding out going down.
yeah...over the past 2 yrs, i've seen most of bodyweight culture's videos, and beyond burpees is one of the videos i've seen alot, but i don't remember there being any olympic lifts in them.

That workout is really difficult. I tried it a year ago--- 4 rounds in 40 minutes.
I may have to do it again to see where I rate now, after a year of CF.
