@Unit645 dude 9000 meters is 9 kilometers or roughly 18000+ft.if you want that in miles it would be about 5.6 miles. so no way in hell anyone could make that shot, the current (IRL) record is something like 2.5 km.

@sunil237 quick scoping is like running around with a pump action but your range isn't limited by bullet spread, just like BC2 a pump without spread is OP. quick scoping never has nor never will take skill, its one of the easiest things to do in a game.

It only works on 1 guy at a time and you can miss easily enough, you miss then you get sprayed down. It takes just as much skill as any other gun and has good limitations and trade offs. If it were op then everyone would run recon bolt action in BC2, the fact is it's hard enough that poeple don't...

@Chinomareno its easy to hit people with it has higher accuracy and a high zoom for more precession, with the bolt actions in today's FPS shoot so fast they are fully capable of fighting off more then one guy at a time. and what trade off is there we zoom in same time my gun takes 4 shots to kill the sniper takes 1 guess whos going to win. the one shot kill thats. people think it takes skill because mainly little kids run around doing it and they cant aim worth shit.

It's not like that in BF3, the animation is longer to scope in and it sways a bit when you do. Reloads feel slower for all weapons, also suppression gives some advantage to the guy putting more rounds down range.

That said I don't miss it that much since I got my 44 for 1 shot HS kills.
