Question, at the 2nd combo, where Guile trade hit and you use Flash Explosion (U1).

What move did you use for the Trade hit? Crouch HP or Flash Kick?

Is it only the Ultra that can hit a airborn opponent after a Trade hit?

It looks like Flash Kick - you can see the motion start up plus you can tell by way the opponent goes into the air after being hit. As for what you can do after trade hits I'm not sure, but it probably has more to do with what move you traded/hit with to begin with. For example some moves allow juggle, some don't - I'm still noob about that stuff so I can't explain.
