LOL what did you get with these like 10 HP???? lmao sorry dude i love Honda and i drive an s2k, and personally love the fit chassis but any ITB set up is pricey and on a 1.3ltr motor (not sure) that makes 90hp OEM and designed PURELY for fuel efficiency is not gonna do much with an ITB set up..... drop the little pee shooter and drop a K in there and ITB :p

small motors can make alot of power if theyre built with itb's, ie 13.1 comp, stage 3 cams etc...but itb's arent for peak power, an inlet manifold with a huge plenum and short runners will make higher peak power, itb's are to increase throttle response and how the engine delivers the power more than anything

bro, the fit / jazz platform has two layer floor. and is the most strongest safest small car out at the moment. Look for SPOON sports FIT on here, best motoring did a video explaining how the chassis is the best available and is a very good starting point for mods, like K20... have a look for that. it explains how and why Honda did it and shows the car as just a shell to clearly explain where its strenght comes from. The jazz / fit platform is a joint effort between Germany and Japan. So there.

@oneforyoutohate yeah sure but the platform is no better than the EG, EF, EK or Accord platforms. Fit is too small, CG is too high, track too narrow. Even with K20 I have never heard or seen one beating a Civic in circuit or slalom. It's s nice toy car but not as nice as the older Civic models.

@AccordGTR if you are willing to include cars tuned by the aftermarket then the J's racing fit with a K24 handles almost as good and is just as fast as the SSworks CRX which is the fastest N/A fwd @ Tskuba.So properly bult they can be every bit as fast as the EG/EK/DC chassis.

@MrCap0ne Pls send me the website on that? Never saw that. I know the J's Racing but never heard of a tuned Fit beating a tuned Civc. I drove a Tein-equipped Fit in track and a EK/EG was quicker. I am not talking out of my ass, I tried both models already.

OK, Well that's even worse. Jap engine builders and performance enthusiast are known for their ability to maintain a clean engine bay and a "sano" look. You just wont see rainbow colored hoses on a "Spoon" or "Mugen" engine. I drive a lexus and own two 00 Hatchbacks built by APOCALYPSE. One is All motor K20A2 @267WHP and the other is a B20Z turbo @ 491WHP. The all motor runs 12's. The turbo does 11's all day long. I had an Evo9 and 9 years ago a DSM Turbo before but I keep coming back to Hondas. Sorry, I can't help it. I like the sound of VTEC. It scares people. Blow off valves are great too. I drive the lex to be taken seriously(I'm 30 in business suits and kids) the EK's are for whipping & fun. They are sleepers.
