The other woman says it's because of technology. It's too easy to keep working

when you go on vacation because of cell phones and laptops. Also, people are often not secure in their jobs. They are afraid to go away and

lose out on work. And, some people are perfectionists. They want to do their

job perfectly and to them that means they must not leave their work at all.

She says a vacation is important so you can connect with your family

and that vacations give you more energy so you return to work with

some great ideas sometimes.
