@ltkammo My mother, like my grandmother, makes some of the most fantastic food I've had. All of my friends used to state that she was a goddess of the kitchen. If I need to learn how to cook, I'll look to my family and experiment on my own as well.

After all, all of these great food joints and these world known dishes started somewhere simple. Back home, where mother or father made it best.

Mind you, presentation does affect how you approach your food, but in the end, that's just skin deep. It's how good the food is that matters.
