breeching doesnt work if ur playing with total geer queers and playing by pain all well good video man u should make a an actual battle video of it in action and a stealth tactic video
Interesting vid JC, not sure if it's correct, but seems you have a lot of people disagreeing with you but never really contributing. I do play CQB games with some frequency, but my weapon (GG 'GR-16' AKA GG M-16) is not exactly the most tight-quarter flexible armament. This basically gives me the role of the 'Big-Gun/Suppression' and 'Sharp-shooter' for the rare mid-range fire-fights that can happen due to the layout in the facility we play. Any thoughts on using such a weapon?
@MacabreDerek well man, with a big gun you should be the last guy in the door when breaching, and stay back when fighting. My dad who is a marine says that to make a fixed stock m-16 a cqb weapon you should put the stock over your shoulder. hope this helps! :) God Bless-JC
@jcdirks1 You are often saying HOW to do things but rarely the WHY. Explaining the Why is important, especially when making a tactics video. For instance, I can tell you when going around a corner, it should be a quick movement with your gun aimed where ever you are looking, dont scout with just your eyes.(c)
(c) This is not as important as the understanding of Why, that the human reaction time is roughly a quarter second, so having your gun already aimed and quick movements capitalize on the average reaction speed. You're placing that quarter of a second for you to gain the element of firing first, which will more often than not be giving you the advantage of a hit, suppressing fire, offering covering fire, etc.
Stock on Shoulder = Smaller profile, easier to maneuver CQB M16, but loses accuracy?
@MacabreDerek okay i will do more explaining next time. and no you wont lose accuracy cuz your sight radius will be the same. and when playing cqb you have both eyes open anyway.
(c) This is not as important as the understanding of Why, that the human reaction time is roughly a quarter second, so having your gun already aimed and quick movements capitalize on the average human reaction speed. Looking around down your weapon reduces your own reaction speed, giving you the advantage of the first shot, getting a hit, offering covering fire, etc
M-16 on the shoulder for a smaller profile, easier movement, but loss of accuracy as it's more difficult to use optics?
wow dude you are totally wrong on all of your tactics. i train at bootcamps in NC and they teach you all this stuff and you are WRONG! learn your stuff before you try to tell people wrong information. its actually pretty offensive dude.
@ReconCompany1 I don't see where you would get him playing too much modern warfare from this, these are normal tactics that are good skills to have when in CQB arenas, And you saying that he plays too much modern warfare makes me think that you do since your the one whos thinking these only apply in call of duty. That was a failed comment. and Lol @ the no thumbs up.
@BobLarson000 i say that because i have gone to tac-city over ten times before and that is the number CQB airsofting place in all of california and there is no breach and clearing in airsoft unless you are doing a swat scenario... i actually go airsofting with pro's and have around 50 confirmed kills
@jcdirks1 in real life you lock your elbows so you dont hit your self in the face, even when aiming down the sights and sorry if i offended you before
there is no "correct way" to hold a pistol dude... and my uncle is a U.S. Army Sapper and he watched this and said... its oooookkkk but not exactly correct. You at least need a group of 2 and never run in blazing... because if there is nobody there you want to hold a silent manuvering system... and acually believe it or not... the best way to clear a room/enter a building is throwing a flashbang/stun at the ceiling, because sounds from above are scientifically proven to be more intimidating
@12345monoriginal thanks man. and there is sorta a right way to hold a hand gun...you dont use one hand. and i NEVER said go in shooting at nobody i said that if there is someone there then you shoot.
@jcdirks1 hahaha nice point about 1 handed with a gun, at least 2 hands, but i hold my right and left index finger forward on a pistol, it looks wierd but i can hit a target better like that, and i know you didnt say to just go in shooting at nobody, i was just pointing out that IF nobody is there, try to remain quiet, but overall, i liked it nice informative video, i like that your helping the airsoft community, keep up the good work
@jcdirks1 there is no CORRECT way to hold a handgun. some people preffer to hold it with one hand, and if that is the way they are most accurate, then fine. it really all depends on which way the person is more comfortable, not just with one hand or two hands, but the placement of the hands one the pistol, also
one of the cardinal rules when breeching is to never breech with only one guy cause theres really no way to cover the whole room, if you do you will almost certianly die. airsoft or not. and i also really doubt the pistol is 500 fps or it would be more powerful than a pro aeg gun with an m140 spring in it.
