Policy dimensions of offshore wind energy development

Protect and preserve Lake Michigan and its ecosystems. Don't colonize it with industrial scale turbines, which do little, of anything, to curb greenhouse gas emissions. The coal-fired power plants mentioned in the videos will not be de commissioned; rather they will have to be maintained to back up the unreliable, unpredictable, intermittent electricity generated by turbines, which do NOT meet baseload demand for electricity.
