I like the bags and because they are so big there is play in the lids, when you close them you just push down and shift it to one side, no big deal with it. As for the seals they are no different then a t-top car treat them and they are fine. Latches yes rattle just use a liquid rubber and put it around the latch when it dries it has a rubber film on it. I didn't need customer service they work great. My thoughts are simple I have had alot of bags over the years and these are better then most.
Don't get the corbin hard bag they are shit, there lachtes rattle and the seals don;t last and the lids don't line up right, and customer service lies to you
oh mine is Tsuakku plain no stareo, im waiting to receive it, i thought i can use the factory brackets but guess not, so where can i get some made, do other websites sell the good brackets.. i have a c109r like yours.
if anyone knows the answer to my question please reply back here or email me at mcdonaldsboss84@aol.com i ordered the fairing but im confused about which brackets to go with, the memphis or buy one from suzuki dealer the stock brackets and wondering if they would fit tsuayku fairing. thanks
@Animal6006 I had the tsuayku fairing on my C50 and used the memphis shades brackets. It shook like hell. The fairing is about 10-20 LBS depends on stuff in it and a windsheild is very little weight. Get some made that work from the solid factory windsheild mount from the forks. Cd player on my 50 skipped all the time this one mounted from the forks doesn't. Hope this helps
@Animal6006 don't use the memphis shades quick release. You won't be happy with it doesn't support the weight of the fairing that well. Unless you wanna add in more supports
@celeberity96 Corbin make one for the bike and is called a fleetliner looks sharp but no stereo. Just about anything will fit with custom brackets. Mine is a Hoppe quadzilla for a Harley. Tsuayku make one that I had on my C50 and looked great but used memphis shades quick release bracket and they where terrible. Good sound system I used 2 6x9 rockford fosgate speakers.
How much did it cost to make the brackets? That fairing looks good. I might be picking up a C109R this week. I was hoping to use the Memphis Shades batwing (a lot less expensive) but I guess that one doesn't fit. I like the finished inside of the Hoppe though.
@bccave I paid $100 for these to be made from a guy in Kitchener, Ontario. If you want a stereo then Hoppe or Tsuayku are the best bang for the buck. If you don't want a stereo or use a handle bar system the by far the Corbin Fleetliner is the only way to go. More money but fits like a glove and looks great and when you buy the Corbin you get it painted to match so you just bolt it on.
Wow from a song and a bike we get pot shots. I wanted a Harley but then decided why pay more for a fixer upper. Why fix when I can ride. Too much old tech from old time builders. They are too busy playing catch up all the time. It is a matter of opinion both make nice bikes, but Harley's all look the same.
What is the difference from a Hoover and a Harley???? Give up it's easy the position of the dirt bag!!!!! That's the truth LOL
hi there this is a Hoppe Quadzilla for a Harley I had mounting brackets had made. You can buy a tsukayu fairing but get brackets made as they use memphis shades windsheild mounts and they suck really bad. shake alot. It mounts off the stock windsheild mount off the forks.
