If talking about theories, I'd say that Haku could actually still fight Naruto, but he didn't want to. (He tried to put Sasuke very closely to death, so Zabuza would think he did well, and Sasuke could survive). He could fight Kyuubi Naruto (as a child he done LARGE ice block without any hestitation) but he couldn't live as a tool. Decided to kill himself, and sacrifised for Zabuza.

I don't know if he could beat Naruto, but i still belive, he COULD fight Kyuubi.
