look at all this concert footage, and roger waters claims filming was done (but the filmer was told by the audience to turn off the lights) but the footage was lost...now recovered? look in WIKIPEDIA

It's funny, this film came out 28 years ago, and the message still holds strong. A few weeks before my school let out I was showing my friend a script i wrote, and my geometry teacher took it and began ridiculing me for being a creative writer, which made no sense to me. And he gave this whole speech about how we teach english wrong today and how everyone should be a poet, and all I thought was "Poems everybody! Poems!" So no matter how many years pass, 'The Wall" will always describe life...

I remember one day in my last school year I said: "Alright, today I'm gonna put what I really think in literature class work". A week later, the guy said "This is a ten. But I don't believe you did it, so it's a seven" to the whole class and read it outloud.

I criticized capitalism, countries and real things instead of "the writer meant that the cat symbolizes a hooker" or crap like that
