@ResidentDoom well, i'm really sad about that, you don't know what you have missed, specially the original flat out, it just has real rally game feeling in cars, none of the other games have sensitivity like that in their cars.

I'm not saying it's the most realistic car game, but the damage that cars take is still most realistic in gaming history (?) and BOTS are very intelligent.

difficulty is extremely hard ,but i personally love it.

I still after 6 years play it occasionally.

game sucks when you want explore. good for racing though since its a racing game. 1 st flat out was beast because you can explore and race at the same time.

Flat-out 2 is THE best racing game evr!!!! Every1 kill Sophia and jack Benton in race mode, they r fucking always in the lead!! Frank fails race but owns derby!! Katie is ok in derby and race class, but she fails in street class (chili pepper) Sally isn't special, sometimes she smashes every1 in the stunts. Ray fails everything!! Jason is pretty good in race, but not noticed in derby or stunt!

I know this game like it was my home!!

and it IS better than burnout! a looooooot more to do. check out some flatout ultimate carnage vids, the maps are the same as flatout 2, but it has some many improvements it could be rated sa a whole new game :D
