For me it's by far the best afro on Youtube ! I'm jaleous. I remember doing this a few years ago but I had to cut them after 2 years growing because of job. They looked like dreads and I used to shake my head when my hair was wet. It was the first time and I think they could grow more. Great bro !

Do you have any tips?I often have trouble detangling my hair because it's so coarse and thick.

@SoleyNSilent I only use a blow dryer before I cornrow it. First only wet and wash your hair when it is fully detangled. Because if you wet it when it's tangled you'll end up looking like bob marley.To detangle my hair I detangle it in small sections at a time. I start combing it at the ends and work my way down(if that makes sense)
