Minoo has also done a Kyon for Mugen if you're still looking. At the same link you find Mikuru, you should be able to get Kyon, Ryoko, Tsuruya and Itsuki.

Actually, both versions of the character have machine guns. Nice tidbit there.
Also, the KOF conversion Mikuru has a shun-goku-desu-ish move that doesnt do much damage.
