  • Marijuana is not just adding another vice, rather it is offering a safer alternative to much more harmful substances such as alcohol. Why should an adult who responsibly chooses the safer of these two substances be considered a criminal?

Marijuana is safer than alcohol. period. people should have the right to chose it and not fear the stigma of a criminal record.

  • Let your voice be heard and vote to Support or Oppose here:

    topix.com/issue/marijuana

  • if it is legal, people can grow their own to smoke and stay out of the black market.

  • PEOPLE THAT WAS NO ARGUMENT... BY NO MEANS.. ITS SO CLEAR AND OBVIOUS (THE TRUTH) THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WANT TO GO BACK ON ITS WORD AND THEY ARE AFRAID OF CHANGE. MARIJUANA PROMOTES PEACE, LOVE, HAPPINESS, HUNGER, AND SLEEPINESS (AT TIMES) NO HARMFUL SIDE EFFECTS SUCH AS EVERY SINGLE OTHER PRODUCT... THIS WAR IS POINTLESS AND NEEDS TO STOP!

  • Cannabis is available to every one all the time now. It's easier for kids to get it now then for a 30 year old. So I don't get that argument at all.

  • Hell, I'd pay double to remove the criminal element...

  • Witch way do you think the representative of the Police Officers Association is going to come down on this argument? His Wife his children his Mother, he would arrest them all. If the penalty were death he would summarily execute each one of them. Nothing, including the death of his entire family would change his mind. There is a Sheriff in the county I live in. He has stated publicly that if he caught his daughter, a high school homecoming queen with marijuana. He would shoot her to death.

  • This is excellent, informative, and actually balanced. Strangely unlike Fox news.

  • Wow, that is the first time that I have ever seen a fox news anchor be so reasonable and open-minded!!!!!

Most anchors, Fox news or otherwise are either negative on marijuana or they just make a joke of it. Except for the CNBC business reporters. The financial minded people seem to be for ending cannabis prohibition.

    LEGALIZE IT!!!!!!

  • Ill take away your alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and lottery make them illegal. Anything that is addictive well make illegal and see how that works. Who really wants to brew their own beer when you can buy it. Growing a plant is easy, anyone can do it. When that happens well see whos buying a bottle of vodka or whiskey from john the booz dealer down the street. People are going to do what they want when it comes to their bodies. Legalize it

  • What about the rest of the damn country. New york should be legal too!

  • "opponent's say it's a gateway drug"?????? look at da shit da system gives us at da pharmacies, anti-depressents, etc. those stuff is a gateway to ADDICTION!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have at least five friends from school who would testify they are only addicted to meth because their ADD medication was cut off when they grew up.

  • alcohol and cigs are gateway drugs, not weed

  • what i'd like to say to that guy is marijuana is already available to who ever when ever.... does he think all americans are criminals? i mean he made a good point by saying people wont want to pay the taxes and that'll just drive the black market.... but the majority of americans are responsible people who DONT LIKE TO BREAK THE LAW... i would definitely pay the high taxes to get really good pot in a safe, easy, and non hectic matter. marijuana is here to stay, so the question is who gets the $

  • lmao what you dont think we dont have easy access to it now hahahahaha hahahahahahahaahaha and all you people against it all you can say is he said um alot hahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahhaha man thanks for the laugh

  • there it is again, "up in smoke"

    WTF

  • you can tell who john lovell the cops he dont them to lose their jobs becouse there wont be a s meny jobs for cops if they legalize it .

  • First off, it won't be street prices + $50 tax. As others have mentioned marijuana does not cost much to produce in large quantities therefore the legalized product (including tax) will likely be less expensive or at worst the same price as street prices are now. I don't know about others, but i'd much rather take the legal option. As far as social problems, I am no expert, but in my opinion, there is just as much chance that it would benefit society by decreasing alcohol and tobacco consumption

  • Heh, I can go buy moonshine from "the dopedealer" down the street as well, but by some magic reason I choose to take the legal, safe and somewhat more expensive alternative instead. Go figure?! In either case, marijuana costs nothing to produce and every penny you pay is to pay the growers, clippers, transporters and final distributors, and even then it's still the cheapest drug there is.

  • at 2:05 he says "why would we add another harmful, yada yada yada" but the truth is its already there. the only difference is that the government is making money.

so its like saying no to money which wouldnt make sence

  • Social problems from cannabis use? Such as....?

  • This is one of the better debates about marijuana, strength coming from both sides instead of just MPP.

  • cali will legalize 1st,within 5 years, probably sooner.the other states will be close behind.WE NEED THE MONEY!!!!

  • i love how all the anti-pot people all say hummm and ahhh and hummm as everyother word. you can tell they know were right lol

  • um, the MPP guy on Attack of the show was going "um um" like every other word XP

  • I think they both did good arguing there points.

  • trust me this is the only time that happened lol

  • Lol I know.

Normally the negative people on marijuana never really have points but I'm not going to front, he did decent.

    Dan did very well though.

  • im pro pot but our spokesmen need to stop saying uh uh uhhhhh in all the interviews people are going to think they are stoned all the time haha

  • we can brew our own beer grow tobacco legally. so the old fat guys argument does not pass the shit test

  • Marijuana is available to anyone and being smoked by everyone. make it legal instead of sending all that money to criminals.

  • Causal use of marijuana has been shown to alter DNA.

Marijuana is not safer than alcohol; a glass of wine with dinner does not do harm. The gross use of alcohol ruins lives.

  • your an idiot. pot is much safer than alcohol.

  • true dat. and everyone knows that, its literally common sense..

  • Propaganga, there is no proof.

  • well duh a GLASS of wine doesnt do shit and neither does one BOWL of weed you fucktard

  • umm... your the fucktard cuz it depends on the potincey of weed...duh

    (sorry about the bad spelling)

  • oh my god.. im just saying you idiot

  • lol, being happy changes the DNA?? thats fucked up

  • No, that dumbass probably just read about some stupid ass article someone pulled out of their ass. I'm sure its not true and hes just being a gullible idiot. People have been searching for a negative effect of marijuana and they haven't successfully proved anything. If it were true, we would ALL know about it.

  • thats a bold statement, i would like to see where u got ur evidence.

  • $50 plus street is soooooo wrong. anything leagal doesn't cost $400 an ounce or $3000 a pound. its a weed. anything leagal doesnt even cost $3000 a ton. flour costs $200 a ton. the only reason marijuana cost as much as it does is because its illegal and in turn there is cost because of inflation due to all of the steps it takes to get to you. grown and distributed illegally. if tomatoes were illegal they would cost as much as weed but since you can grow them in your back yard they cost nothing

  • History is interesting. We can look back at alcohol prohibition and laugh and suppose that we're past all that now. We can think racism and slavery have gone the way of the dinosaur. Right? But discrimination keeps happening. Why? Because the state needs a scapegoat. Without it, their ineptitude and greed are naked, visible to all. After this cannabis issue is settled, what's next, I wonder? There will always be a scapegoat as long as the state exists.

  • Why not ask the people. Start a Referendum.

  • I'm tired of debates. Can't we just do it? These debates all end the same, the other side has no argument, and never will. Let's just end this nonsense.

  • I didn't know parrots could tell the future. They sure can't look across the pond to Iberia.

AAAAAAh. when will they give up and admit the bullshit?

  • we'll have revenues because we will no longer have to pay law enforcement & FEDERAL DEA agents to pursue peaceful responsible adults.

we don't want to consume big PHARMA, we don't want to consume alcohol. we don't want to smoke cigarettes. we want to VAPORIZE CANNABIS. and then eat HEMP cereal in the morning for breakfast.

get the hell out of our lives goverment and GIVE UP ON FUTILE WARS.

    we are going nowhere.

  • The real money would come from the industrial hemp production, food, fiber, cloth,MEDICINE,concrete, laminates,

building materials, paper, most of all the 210 billion dollars in fuel oil alone !!! . Cannabis is a miracle plant benefiting mankind for over 10,000 years

  • so well said, why is HEMP left out so much in the argument against this horrible prohibition on these two plants.

  • I agree it should be spoken of on the national level,Every time any spokesman for legalization goes on national television they should be speaking about all the wealth that can be created and focus on all the debt our current system creates,

  • prohibition doesn't work

  • The current prices for weed are high because you have to buy it from people willing to risk life and limb to provide it for you. When this is no longer the case, some estimates predict the prices will be as low as 25% of what they are now.

  • Not to mention the fact that he is talking about 50$ on the ounce .. which is less than $4.00 a dub ... So .. Street value 20$ .. Taxed valued .. 24$ .. I don't think people will mind too much .. Most people don't buy an ounce everyday .. In comparison that would be like buying 3 gallons+ of vodka everyday .. The facts that the "experts" produce against the MPP are ridiculous

  • Its not just about the taxes. Taxes is just a way to show people who don't use it... Hey we want to help our government and do what we do but to me its more about all those people who lose their jobs, get kicked out of school, go to prison or worse loose their life to criminal actions.

Care about your fellow man and when you don't you will be paying for their food, shelter, and whatever else they need in jail.

  • This guy is fucking bullshit man im pretty sure thers guna b a hell of alot less ppl buying from shady dealers wen instead they can just go to a proper shop and purchase it that way instead.

That guy gets my Golden dickhead award

you sad sad piece of shit.

  • The reason pot's so expensive is because it's unregulated and the risk of getting arrested makes dealers feel the need to charge more.

Legal dispenseries wouldn't be charging street+$50 because that would be pathetic. Most street values are decided by supply and demand, compounded by risk of arrest.

If anything, the legal pot stores should be charging less because it wouldn't be against the law for them to sell it. And charging less than street would make people want to buy from legal dealers

  • social problems my ass. it helps my social anxiety way more than a zoloft or prozac ever did

  • Well the thing is zoloft and prozac are also more dangerous, so really its ridiculous that we don't cash in on this drastically safer, cheaper drug and instead we charge large amounts of money for prescriptions that are being abused in a much more harmful way.

  • This John Labele was the first person against the legalization with some solid arguments...

  • He does have a few vaguely interesting points but the 'social costs' to society is bullshit. Look at how many people use marijuana now, too many for something that is 'illegal' and relatively harmless.

Legalization would possibly mean more users, but with this would come the millions and millions of dollars saved from not enforcing the law, tax, peoples lives not being ruined, and more time for the pussy cops to go and try bust a real drug house like a meth lab.

  • He still lied. The price of legal marijuana wouldn't be street plus 50 tax. It'd be much cheaper than street weed--be sure of that.

  • The Govt. needs the MJ excuse to ruin young lives and pack prisons.

  • if you are worried about cancer from tobacco use, don't smoke.

if you are worried about hazards of smoking cannabis, use a vaporizer.

i will just wait and use my iron lung to scratch off my lottery instant.

actually hemp has both male and females. it is a cultivar of cannabis.

kinda like a kissin' cousin with no sex appeal. it won't get you high, but it will feed, clothe, and provide shelter and fuel for your family.

omegas 3, 6, AND 9...33% protein and yummy.

  • The Cannabis/hemp crop is worth 210 billion dollars from fuel oil alone, then add on all the money generated from the by products, food, medicine, building materials, concrete, paper and all the jobs created would have a dynamic effect for the positive. This would bring California out of debt.

  • it would help bring the US out of debt

  • yes, but we are in such a huge deficit that it wouldn't do much.

  • But it'd help! And nothing else seems to be helping at this time.

  • true

  • Making marijuana legal would drastically reduce the prices. It is called weed for a reason, because it is incredibly easy to grow, and it grows very quickly.

  • dan is not as good as the other two spokesmen

  • Making Marijuana Legal would drive growers to go legitimate. Even if they get taxed, they would rather pay it and not worry about things like accidental fires, illegal facilities, fire marshal inspections, lack of insurance, etc. Besides, making marijuana legal would lead to more knowledge and better product.

Another plus people don't often talk about is Hemp. Hemp is the male form of the Marijuana plant. It can be used to make thousands of products, including shampoo, seriously, it's amazing.

  • "or up in smoke?"

Why do all news reports say that when refering to marijuana?

    It's getting a bit cliche.

  • marijuana will not cause social problems, it will solve them.

  • Marijuana is not carcinogenic

    Marijuana is not carcinogenic

    Marijuana is not carcinogenic

Hollywood uses herbal 'tobacco' which is made from spicies and that's also not carcinogenic.

Besides, YOU DON'T HAVE TO SMOKE IT, YOU CAN EAT marijuana

    YOU CAN EAT marijuana

YOU CAN EAT marijuana by cooking it into foods.

  • you can also vaporize it for quick and speady reliefe from problems best fixed with inhaled cannabis. I have asthma, smoke cannabis and breathe wonderfully. I actually feel like it has improved my resperatory functions...cannabis needs to be utilized not only for consumption as an toxicant but as a natural resource...it makes the everything from paper to clothing to oil and much more. We can become energy independant, create new jobs in processing, growing, and have all these new products!

  • Actually, cannabis smoke contains 50% more carcinogens than tobacco smoke. The interesting point is that despite this fact, cannabis does not produce the lung problems that chronic cigarette smokers get. More carcinogens does not necessarily equal increased risk of cancer. Some researchers believe that marijuana has cancer-fighting properties. More study needs to be done in this area, but it's slow-going with it being illegal and all... Eat it, suck it, vaporize it, patch it and you're safe.

  • why this? why that? ...bsbsbsbs.....if this is truly the land of the free, people would be aloud to plant their own MEDICINE AT HOME!

  • what a rediculously brief "debate". Fox needs to do better, because that I wouldn't even call informative.

  • All these debates last no longer than 2 minutes. It's ridiculous, I agree. Is the attention span of the average American really that small? Maybe the average American should smoke some herb so they won't lose interest in things so quickly...

I'd like to see a mini-series-style debate on PBS, honestly. Could the prohibitionists actually hold their own for 2-6 hours? I doubt it, and everyone would see them fail, and they know it. Makes for good incentive to never agree to such a real debate.

  • WTF ? People would pay more if the chance of jail was taken away. Social cost... BS. An old tactic. What about the social cost for keeping it illegal ? That's right... we won't talk about that. At least The guy from Fox didn't go too soft on the prick.

  • its called free will asshole. it's my choice to drink,my choice to smoke pot,not yours.if i wana blaze i have the right to blaze.fuck when will people realize that.

  • 1:15 is such bullshit... thats not how a free market works... retail store will have to keep lowering there prices if they want to stay in business. so instead of paying 400-500 dollars for an Oz of chronic it would cost 150-200.

LIES LIES LIES.... they keep coming up with the same old lies!

  • that would work if they DIDN'T have a 50 dollar tax on it. if an 8th costs 50 dollars, then as of right now, it's impossible to get lower than that if i have a 50 dollar tax on it.

  • they were talking about a $50 per ounce... I'm sure it would be somewhat proportional when buying an 1/8. like $6.25 or something.

  • It was a 50 dollar tax on an oz though right? Wouldn't it be a smaller tax on an 1/8th? Street cost is driven up by prohibition, it should cost next to nothing to produce.

  • All truth goes through 3 Stages:

    1. It is ridiculed

    2. It is violently opposed.

    3. It is accepted as being self evident.

"...Why do we want to yet another product to the array of products that harm people."

Answer: To stop the fear tactic used on young people to stay away from drugs. It is truly their choice what to ingest. We must teach and educate of dangers and thing of this manner but we must make a responsible adults out of our young people not disillusioned sheep.

  • both guys make good points. the mpp guy make his usual points, and the other guy makes a good point when he talks about the 50 dollar tax. if I can get it cheaper, why not?

  • Cheaper is usually shwag

  • Taxes Shmaxes. One thing all you guyzez are leaving out of the equation is that if it is legal, ALL the money that is currently spent in prohibition enforcement actions (policing, arrests, housing "marijuana criminals") can be saved and re-directed to other more legitimate, more pressing spending concerns. THAT amount is Mind-Blowingly Significant. That amount subtracted from idiotic prohibition support spending makes the tax point almost moot! Think about THAT ! Do the math... Look up L.E.A.P.

  • Only local forces will be relieved... the DEA doesn't really do much to stop marijuana trafficking/selling unless you also sell other substances.

  • i forgot how many black market liquor stores there are today, i mean i can just go to my boose dealer right on the corner and he can pop me some booze tax free! Really,John take a second to think.

  • See how the police want it to stay illegal? Because they want to make money off the arrests. No, no, let's not do our job right, let's just just make easy money arresting people for a relatively harmless plant.

  • I wonder how politicians will come out with this one.

Well after saying for 70 years that MJ was bad , We realize now that we can profit from it, so it is not harmful.

  • John Lovell is a dumbass

  • how so?

  • Dude what happend to the govenment for and by the people? "social" problems will always be around, pot stops those problems. Let pot users begin to participate and you may be amazed

  • I would shop at legal market so I didn't get ripped off or have to hunt down a dealer.

  • I want marijuana legal as any advocate would but groups like MPP and NORML exaggerate the amount the revenue that could legal marijuana could bring in. That exaggeration is no different from prohibitionists who exaggerate the danger.

With any illegal product, as was the case with alcohol, once legal, the price will drop. The only reason it worked before was because the legal market competed the black market liquor.

Prices for marijuana will plummet. You won't be able to justify a $50/oz tax.

  • remember, Tom Ammiano's plan is $50/oz + taxes. at the current prices, California will be able to bring in that much revenue, THEORETICALLY.

but, if legal marijuana isn't cheaper + it's overtaxed, then yes most people will go right to their local dealer. it's legal so they can't complain. you think a retired person is going to pay "those" taxes?

if marijuana's price goes lower, which it will, then taxes will be low too.

in real practice, Cali will NOT see that kind of money, at all.

  • Stop having these debates on Fox. They barely let you speak!

Plus I'm afraid that conservatives will see the support of this issue and adopt it so they can yet again find another reason to make people vote against their interests.

  • what a retard. the only reason its so espensive is because its illegal. if it was legal, it could be taxed more than $50 an ounce and still cost less than current street prices

  • the one thing no one discusses is how low the price of marijuana will go.

did you know you could go to Zimbabwe right now and buy a pound of weed for $20 USD. i'm talkin about high quality African landrace sativas that will blow the socks off anything lil old Humboldt County can produce.

It will be difficult to justify $50/oz surcharge + taxes on low price weed.

imagine having to pay $50 an ounce when you get an ounce of Mexican for $100 or less, already.

    economic theories are flawed

  • idk about zimbabwe, but in jamaica the weed was consistently good and extremely cheap as well. i know it seems ridiculous to pay such high taxes when its so cheap to produce, but that may be the only way to get our greedy politicians to legalize it.

  • they never give Dan or Rob the same amount of time to make their points as the other guests.

  • saying there will be a black market when its legalized is bs. If that where so there would be a tobacco and alcohol black market which there isn't

  • course you cant grow either in your own house effectively

im all for it, legalize so people can grow their own medicine

  • they don't do a good job of explaining why that's true.

the legal market has to be able to compete with the black market just as was the case with alcohol. right now prices are the same between dispensaries and illegal dealers so the compromise is basically failing as it is.

they want to continue with that plan and charge HIGH taxes on it.

but competition will bring pricing down. but by how much, we don't know yet. i think prices will plummet severely making a $50 surcharge unbearable.

  • A $50 tax/ounce isn't a big deal once it's legal and the market has had time to adjust, since prices will be brought down. Take out the risk factor and pot will be much cheaper. Right now it's about $500/ounce average in MA. But remember, this is just an herb we're talking about. I imagine that with legal grow ops, the price could hit $100/ounce and less. Legalizing would benefit everyone.

  • its fun too watch the world go to shit even more

    first marijuana then hard drugs

  • What exactly is a "hard" drug anyway? Alcohol kills 100,000 a year, tobacco kills 440,000... total combined deaths of ALL illegal drugs? Under 10,000. Alcohol is one of the hardest drugs out there. That so many people can't recognize this fact is insulting to the intelligence of the average American.

FYI, many prescription drugs are more dangerous and addicting than what's illegal. So yes, once MJ is legalized, I hope people will come to their senses about other substances as well.

  • alcohol and tobacco are more dangerous than Marijuana. yet people accept those two. just shows how people are ignorant bout Marijuana.

  • Street price + $50?? fuck off.

It costs next to nothing - compared to street price - to grow a few ounces, then just add $100 and there ya go... ounce for half price and legal.

  • It wont be street price after legalization. It's silly to think that it would.

It's possible that, after legalization, the commercial price of an ounce would drop to $50, maybe even lower since mass production is a lot cheaper than an illegal-grow-op. Right now, 'good' pot is on average $300 an ounce.

If an ounce ends up being just $100 after tax, I'd say that's a deal worth buying.

  • $100 an ounce, my gawd that would kick ass. Get to save $200.

  • unless its crap pot

  • "You'll pay street price plus tax"

    BULLSHIT.

When you legalize it and regulate it, you get the benefit of mass production, and the natural cost drop that brings. Plus, since it no longer needs to be a secret underground business, the cost of doing this business drops. No more trafficking it across boarders, repeated middle-men-dealers trying to make profits on what they buy, or cost of the risk of an illegal business. Most of "street price" is the money you pay to bypass the law, to get it.

  • Point being, once legalized, There is no black market business model that can illegally operate, while legitimate business is allowed to operate legally, cheaper, and regulated. No dealer will be able to match the prices, and still make enough for his illegal activity to be worth it.

After legalization, unlicensed growers and sellers that try to sell and make profit off it, will still be illegal. Licensing is important here.

Since their activity is illegal, it's just not worth it to sell.

  • Comment removed

  • why would it be street price? wouldnt they price it according to the money, time and effort it takes to grow and distribute it? thats fucking gay, DONT LEGALIZE! just DECRIMINALIZE!!! thats all we will get, not fully blown legal

  • lol he completely failed once he started talking about the lotteries. My scholarship is funded by taxes that come from a lottery. He did the opposite of convincing me

  • I feel Like they didn't talk enough....

  • that how it always seems, right? douchebags never give enough time and dont honestly care how this turns out

  • Millions of people currently smoke pot, so i'm curious what social problems are involved with smoking pot? I've never met anyone that's gone through marijuana addiction treatment, or been hospitalized, had car accidents from being high on pot, etc. So exactly what are these social costs/problems?

  • They think that pot makes people lazy, makes them stupid, destroys ambition, and do harder drugs which is complete bullshit. There really isnt any social problems with pot.

  • "So exactly what are these social costs/problems?"

Everything that is a direct cause of the prohibition itself. See, this fascist pig is spewing forth bullshit because it helps insure job security for him and the rest of the nazis. If they legalize marijuana, cops will have to do their real jobs.

  • Another cop that's blatantly spewing malicious lies that are over 20 years out of date scientifically. Cannabinoids are antitumor agents both in vivo and vitro. Cannabis DOES NOT cause cancer, even when you smoke it. In fact, studies show that tobacco smokers who also smoke cannabis get statistically significant LESS cancers. THIS is why I hate cops. They are ALWAYS full of shit.

  • Not all Cops are ignorant. Search for LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition) here on youtube.

I hope they have your support :-).

  • Yes I support LEAP, but they are the honest minority. I've seen cops steal property, take drugs, sell drugs, buy drugs (for consumption), and I've seen them beat kids, dislocate my shoulder when I was a 6th grader, mace me at gun point because my exbitch called them and lied. They jumped me walking down the street to get away from her. Seriously. I've also dropped acid with a female cadet when I was about 19, her 22-23. The only difference between a pirate and a privateer is the badge.

  • 1.3 bil off marijuana sale/cultivation, thats just scratching the surface, then add in tourism tax increases and subtract incarceration/legal costs associated.

Let me weigh this out-$10,000 for a decent trip to Amsterdam or $2-3000 for a trip to California-I know where I would go on vacation in the future.

Nope, the law enforcement agent is wrong-I would no longer go to J the dope dealer-because there are more risks involved in that-examples laced marijuana and health crime hazards.

  • Good points except the tourist one wouldn't last but more than a few years because the rest of the country would follow in the path of CA, so before you know it marijuana would be legal in the USA! Not a bad thing though!!! : )

  • A thought I just had though is that many people who would start smoking would automatically benefit from the medicinal benefits of pot and would stop going to the doctors for some medicines which would cause the BIG drug companies to take a hit money wise! o.o Something they don't want and will fight against have happen.

  • DEA/CIA, Pharma, Drug Cartels, Breweries, Private prison industry would take big profit losses, probably more than those, but that's off the top of my head.

Huge lobbies against legalization, with money to push propaganda into the next millenium.

I think people are becoming slowly aware of the lies being told though, no amount of money/propaganda can change reality and facts.

  • so true!!!

  • don't forget the oil and tobacco industries!!!

  • Fuckin A man just legalize it already!

  • Street price plus tax?? Is he completely retarded?? The street price is so high because it's illegal! Tobacco doesn't cost fifty dollars for an eighth plus tax! When it's legal and commercially grown the price will be negligible. Even good quality marijuana would be much cheaper than it is now. And who in their right minds would rather buy from a street dealer than a licensed distributor? When was the last time you bought bathtub gin, old timer?

  • YES GO POT!
