@Curlicue102 It's the lyrics. He's a poet, not some banal lyricist that writes instant-success stupid songs. And the music is tied to it, they just breathe as one. God i love this band and Gon himself...

@DJMagoy He has inspired so much of my art and music and I am so grateful for him and the rest of Switchfoot. He IS a poet. Whenever I compose a song, I think of him and figure out how I can make everything more poetic. Wouldn't it be wonderful to talk to them?
