  • "See guys? *Gasp desperately for air* It's easy *gasp for air* to do..."

  • Well let's see, since I DID it with my own two hands I will respectfully disagree. Also, might want to check the new HD Meyle's I used as replacements, they are 22mm.

  • Its 21mm and 18mm.... not a 22mm

  • very helpful thanx

  • why don't you use a pittman puller instead of a pickle fork?

  • @holmesnmanning

Because a pitman arm puller won't work for the inner ball joint and they don't really fit on the outer one either. I have a tie rod separator that works, but I prefer the pickle fork. It's just faster. I've done 8 sets of these and always use the pickle fork.

  • damn that looks so easy i might have to go get me a pickle fork and tackle it. my front is all kinds of shimmying at highway speed :-\ when putting the bolts back in, did you have to bang them in (since you had to bang them out)? or how do you properly tighten it all up?

  • @DoctorIncredible

Re-install is easy, they just push back in and then the nut cinches them down. Very easy!

  • Boy, I need some Dramamine after watching this video. It's great info, but the camera work and lighting could sure use some work... for next time I guess.

Do you like the powerflex bushings and upgraded control arms? Are they worth the money?

  • Yea, I made the video with my palm treo and I was working with one hand and filming with the other.

  • I need to do the same job in the future. I need to know if your handling improve as much as you expected?

  • is there a need to compress the spring when removing the lower control arm?

  • right on dude great video!!!! thankx for the in put.all great!!!!!

  • very useful! thanks dude!

  • good job!!

  • Good, now you can work on that cv boot.
