Well let's see, since I DID it with my own two hands I will respectfully disagree. Also, might want to check the new HD Meyle's I used as replacements, they are 22mm.
Because a pitman arm puller won't work for the inner ball joint and they don't really fit on the outer one either. I have a tie rod separator that works, but I prefer the pickle fork. It's just faster. I've done 8 sets of these and always use the pickle fork.
damn that looks so easy i might have to go get me a pickle fork and tackle it. my front is all kinds of shimmying at highway speed :-\ when putting the bolts back in, did you have to bang them in (since you had to bang them out)? or how do you properly tighten it all up?

Do you like the powerflex bushings and upgraded control arms? Are they worth the money?

why don't you use a pittman puller instead of a pickle fork?

Re-install is easy, they just push back in and then the nut cinches them down. Very easy!
