  • Hi Adrianne, hadn't heard of you before but I'm fast becoming a fan. : ) Terrific pushup video! I agree, far too few people do a proper pushup. I have tried that pushup plank myself, and yeah IT IS TOUGH. I got 45 seconds once - just about killed me LOL. May I ask, what's your best? In both the plank and regular pushups? Regards.

  • @MafeVzla88 do push ups regularly. consistency is key if you want to do more.

  • glad to see you posting again. love hearing you're views. the push-up video was good.......while i don't get much wothwile excercise anymore due to being dissabled (working on overcomming that) i personaly preffer the one armed push up. strengthens the arrms quicker and hardens the calves and theighs.......or at least that's what i was told...........i culd be VERY WRONG. please post more often. especialy your videos from your car while braving the hell hole known as the LA basin freeway system

    Have you read Hush? It's by Jeph Loeb, fantastically written and one of the best illustrative jobs i've seen in a Batman Graph. You should check it out if you havn't.

  • Good points, but there's a few important things you may or may not know:

    You need to keep your elbows close to your ribcage as you go down, not flared out to the sides, to prevent injury to the rotator cuff. Also keep your head & neck in a neutral position, not hanging down, to prevent strain. Keep your eyes up. Don't think of touching your nose to the ground, think of touching your chin.
