No game is perfect but I think that BF3 is one of the best FPS I've played. The imballances in some of the weapons are countered by the focus on team play. Save for those I love this game as I loved BFBC2 and BC...blah blah you get it. I don't play anywhere near like

I'm sure he is staying with the Battlefield series, that's what he knows/does best. He can now carry forward all his experience of BF3 on the new Frostbite engine over to creating Bad Company 3 which will probably come out in 2013. I very much doubt he is touching Mirrors Edge 2, even if they have it planned.

The thing I hate about bf3 is the random shit. Sometimes I just die and get suicide. I hate when the screen starts flickering all green & shit and I also hate when i shoot someone just before I die and he still has 100% health. I guess its lag but its really anoying.

i haven't played bf3 in a solid 3 weeks. been having obscene amounts of fun on bc2 compared to bf3. the thing that broke bf3 for me was the recoil. instead of the gun going up and a little to the sides like bc2 it keeps moving way too much to the sides. burst firing couldn't even fix it. swords i'm sorry i left after that vid where you said you weren't going to play bf3 anymore. i was a fanboy. but it turned out you were right for the most part.

All the tanks and choppers need a SERIOUS nerf. BF3 rewards vehicle whores like none other. I feel like the only way to level up is to be a tank or chopper whore, cause when I get killed by one, I see they are colonels of some sort. Now when I'm not on TDM I only play metro (GASP!) because I know I won't be obliterated by one or two tank whores on the other team dominating the whole match.

Problem is, there's usually no one willing to help me out. choppers or other engineers from my team never really cared, and all the tank driver has to do is blow me to bits, hop out and undo 3 rockets' worth of damage with a screwdriver in a few seconds, and it's like I was never there.

No game is perfect and will never be, especially since everyone has their own understanding how things are supposed to be.

Also IMO there is no need to keep a powerful dev team on a game that is already solid (more or less) and released requiring only specific tweaks that can be done by a much smaller group. Makes all the sense in the world to put them to work on new projects where they can work on maximum efficiency.

Whatever the next project is - we will find out soon enough.

I'd like to see a sequel to 2142. There were so many great ideas in that game. And with the new mechanics of the up-to-date engines, everything would look pretty neat. Like a transformers movie lol. Also, all the FPS atm seem to be about close-present events. Soon it'll have to be made more modern and space-age, so BF2143 would seem logical to get a first grip in that market or genre or whatever the term is.

I for one like and enjoy bf3, sure it has it flaws but it also has some stuff better done then bc2. I would like that their project is BC3. I would like it to have the unlock system and the class service stars of BF3 because BC2 got unbelivable boring after i got lvl 50, the engine and graphics of BF3, just choppers and no lock on (stinger) rockets so the flying requires more skill, and i would like the gun behaviour of BC2, and the map design of BC2. Bad Company 2 while fun was not worthy of the "Battlefield" title, they are CoDified console kiddy version of the franchise. I played the crap out of BF2 and while BF3 is not really a true sequel to BF2 it's far more Battlefield than BC2 was, other than the maps, most of the launch maps suck. Metro, Devamond and Tehran are perfect examples of how bad maps designed for Rush are when in comparison to maps designed for Conquest (Oman, Karkand, ect)

Well I would like to see another BF game. BF3 isn't really a BF game. The maps have been made smaller and the flags closer together. People die to quickly (whether it be health to low or weapon damage to high). Its hard to explain there is more to it then just that but I hope if they do make a BFBC3 they put jets. To keep the story maybe put some of those jets used during the cold war. Though they can't improve the frostbite 2 atm. They should make it when new consoles come out.

the sensetivity is higher by default on bf3 and the bullets drop alot more so aim higher with every gun.
