Ive babysitten many children since I was 10. I am 15 and no matter how sassy the kids get, i would NEVER hit, yell, or scream at a child. I think a little time out here or there when there at least 5 years old. But not an infant? WTH is wrong with people these days? I am 17 and I baby sit an 8 year old,a 4 year old and a 2 year old every weekend and I would never in my life imagine doing something like that to any of the kids. Fair enough babies cry and need to have extra care but that is no way to treat a 5 month old infant. I would kill that nanny if I ever caught her doing something like that.

Just my oppionion, you have to be very careful of who you get to watch your children, that's why I've done everything in my power to stay home with our son. I've been a daycare owner in the past, and seeing other daycares and such, I know from personal experience that most people just aren't worthy of taking care of children, sad but true.
