Why would anyone think she is lip synching? It's very obvious she isn't. And even if she was, who cares? I will say that her movement on stage is terrible. She looks very awkward. But that is something that can be fixed over time if she loosens up

I wish there were a LEETLE less of the zombies on the streets, but it's mostly cute, and Nellie is a) hilarious, b) adorable and c) not singing in any kind of falsetto at all in a song which has none; and d) no one commented on her excellent Cab Calloway-like rhythm patterns in the Rarrrr Rarrr Raaarrr Raarrrs of her back-up zombies. This is a woman well-schooled in jazz and with a voice purposely sculpted like Blossom Dearie or Doris Day. Do your homework people! She's awesome!

xxmrrickxx - I don't know if you yourself are a singer, but few people can hit falsettos perfectly 100% of the time. on a record, you can keep trying until you get it right. when you're live, it's very hard to determine exactly how the falsetto is gonna come out; all you can really do is make sure you're not COMPLETELY off-key.

Its not a matter of being a critic or dishing out insults. To a trained ear, she really struggles to stay on key in falsetto. Although she is very CUTE and her songs are cleaver, she has a limited vocal range and her vocal immaturity is revealed when she strays too high or low.

This simply is not true. Falsetto occurs when one sings with a minimal glottic gap in the upper range of both male and female voices. For you to say that women do not sing in falsetto is to say that women have different anatamony of the larynx. This song does not have any falsetto. Thge Dong Song does, and you will cringe when she hits the highs. Listen to Sari and you will find that she really struggles to sing in key when she goes from rythmic speaking to "singing."
