hi, i was actually one of the kids in the middle of this. my daddy was the guy sent to the hospital. he had 1st and 2nd degree burns on his arms and neck. the cause of the explosion was that the fuses were so short that the fireworks had an early detination and caused one of the rows of tubes to fall over, resulting in the chaos you see here..
i was there watching it..... it was scary everyone was screaming firetrucks and everything my sisters and my family was there i never thought it would be here.. wow i CAN'T believe i was there. but im serious i was

Every year, my town has a little show, and we always go down to Missouri, and get some fireworks, so this year i bought $80 worth, and they had about 30 people over out back,and well... my square probably 6inch by 6 inch thing, tipped over, shot at the crowd of 30, tipped over the other way, shot right under a gas tank of a van, and tipped over again, and shot at my neighbors again, miraculously, no one was hurt, the grill's tank didn't explode, and nothing was damaged!.....--was 14 yr old..haha
My cousin was one of the workers there when this happened. He said the guy that got hurt lit one of the mortars and it exploded just after leaving the launch tube, shooting flaming debris directly into the guy's mortar box. The result was a few HUNDRED mortars going off at once. You gotta bring me next year, John!
KTVK Phoenix. I think I know what happened, they got a "NEWS WIRE" about the FLA fireworks show, but there is no video of it on youtube, and they attached your video to an unrelated story! News is so corrupt! I wonder How many other times have they strung together stuff to make news and no one caught it? I wish I could see it again to verify it 100%.

Right after there was a lot of small fires around the area and the fire trucks cames and put them out .
One person had to go to the hospital and thats all i really know
tomorrow is the 1st show since this happend Ill be there though with my camera hopefully it will go without any problems
