Just to clear things up, EarthBound is known as MOTHER in Japan. There are 3 games in the series. EarthBound is the translated version of MOTHER 2. MOTHER, the first game in the series, was nearly translated and brought to the U.S., but was abandoned. MOTHER 3 was never translated, so a fan translation was started by fans overseas (it's done now), and the game can be played in English.

I was scred at first of doing this to but there`s a yahoo response to where can i emulate earthbound so if you google that the top answer will give you a reliable site to get it worked for me so you might want to try. Although other than the arrow keys the only keys that work are x and y

@spinemelter2000 EarthBound Zero and EarthBound 2 can only be emulated. They were never released in America, so the only way to play it is by using your computer. I can't personally tell you where to get the ROM, but MasterJake does a good job teaching how to emulate and use roms. watch?v=-t6_I75O3c0. You can google EarthBound Zero ROM, and you should be fine as far as not getting a virus.
