If Travis isn't the protagonist, shinobu should get the position, but she has to have a better combat system then in nmh2. if anything she should finally meet Henry and take her revenge, assuming it was him. another idea they could do is center around henry and what he was doing during nmh and/or nmh2. The possibilities are limitless as long as the game doesn't get delayed and becomes "No More Heroes: Forever."

@87654Ab1 NMH is a pretty dirty game and when compared to anything in SSB it is the dirtiest thing ever. It would be great to have travis have cameos in other games but you really can't put him in SSB without killing his character.
