I was rooting for Amit all along, but then that Prashant came in the way! I swear to god when John Abraham annouced Prachant's name that he was Indian Idol I ran to my bed so mad, frustrated and with tears in my eyes. I don't know why I took it so seriously but, The only reason why I think Prashant won was because the Kolkata Police kept on voting for him and Nepalis were voting for him too...Sourabhee won this year...I don't think she deserved it... Rajdeep was deserving!

i'm sorry i know i've already left a comment but 5 hours later, i still cant get his golden voice outta my head! amit paul not winning the contest was definately my saddest television moment. i can close my eyes and listen to him, and yes this is a voice i know i'll hear on radio or the big screen in the near future. this was my favorite performance from him, and none of the other contestants gave any performance that can even come close!
