I wish I could have done this with my mom, i didn't know what I know now and I could have helped her cause she had a lot of health problems due to her weight but I am glad that you are introducing good stuff to your mom, it's blessing.

Thanks Klimatik! I wouldnt've guessed the whole healthy living thing could be this cool until I started experiencing it for myself! It is fun and has been since just deciding to get into it! I do have a juicer, but I have some issues with it. So I found the easiest way to make my green juices is with my blender. It's alaso a great trick for those who don't own a juicer! :0)
