I agree that Casey Anthony is likely guilty of committing the murder of her daughter BUT I agree with her being found not guilty simply because there wasn't enough evidence to convict her. The evidence that the prosecution had was circumstantial, and although very compelling, it was still circumstantial. I personally don't think that anyone should be put to death (that's the punishment that the prosecution was seeking) based on circumstantial evidence.

GG, She's been in Ohio in rehab. Isn't that what all nuts do to try to get away with stuff. I thought Judge Perry did an excellent job presiding. He doesn't put up with misbehavior in the court room. I figured he was a family friend. He's been there a long, long time.

Alyssa Milano is too good for that, I highly doubt she'll take the part. Anyways, you don't know for sure that she's guilty. I know a lot of people want to say that but you still don't know for sure. Lack of evidence suggests she's innocent so maybe let time tell I guess. I'm not sticking up for her but I just think it's an irrational move to assume someone is guilty without hard facts that suggests she killed her daughter.

I agree that Casey Anthony is likely guilty of committing the murder of her daughter BUT I agree with her being found not guilty simply because there wasn't enough evidence to convict her. The evidence that the prosecution had was circumstantial, and although very compelling, it was still circumstantial. I personally don't think that anyone should be put to death (that's the punishment that the prosecution was seeking) based on circumstantial evidence.
