  • That is one sick Audi!!! Im trying to build an A5 and was going back and forwards between wheel combos. Would u mind telling me what kind you're running? I was almost sure I was gonna run with NCForged GL18s but after seeing those Im not too sure. lol And don't worry I live in hawaii so u wont have to see a guy with the same wheels as u on another Audi.

  • Love your Audi

  • straight lines ok and the corners when ur lowered and got 20's on it? You should find the right balance between tuning and to be able to race...Yeh it's beautiful and all but if I'd buy a Audi S or RS and rather an RS (but yeh it took some time to put the RS on the market), I'd buy it for the engine and on second place the looks but not otherwise. But that's just my opinion.

  • @1980venom - Your comment is strangely confusing. Are you saying all this car is only good for is looks because it rides on 20" wheels? Audi has placed it with a V8 engine and power enough to hit 60 in 4.8sec. Since I have made this car supercharged, that number is now around 3.8 seconds and 12 second quarter mile times. You might not like the RS5 either because Audi ships it with 20" wheels also ;)

  • @quattrings nah i said I'd buy the car for the engine! If I can't go fast in corners because of the 20" wheels and because it's lowered, I won't do the lowering and I won't put 20's on it. The S/RS, like AMG from Mercedes RWD which I prefer above the Audi S/RS Quattro, are made to go fast on straight lines but NOT only straight lines, corners also, like on a racetrack. I hope u follow me now. If I'd put 20's and lower it, well it's to impress the girls but not to enjoy the engine.

  • @1980venom - Well I'd like to think you can enjoy the engine through increased performance and still impress the ladys. Lowering a car with "coil-over" performance suspension is going to perform FAR better than factory setups. You can dial in the setup which is not possible with just factory springs. 20" wheels can even be both lighter (Forged) and carry a smaller diameter overall than 19" wheels (+1 Fitment). It depends on how you do it... I can appreciate AMG cars, but RS FTW @ the track!

  • what kind of rims?

  • @srekal88 --- Thanks! No reason just wanted to change up the look so I dont get tired of it. haha
