  • i was born in early 1997, and apparently my childhood decade "sucked" except for some sucky ass music i thought it was good, besides war and the terrible economy. Call me crazy but im almost glad my childhood was in a sucky decade. Im not one of those 90s or 80s kids who bitch and complain about how bad this decade is and how great the 80s and 90s were, even though they were great. Its an ongoing issue though, 2000s kids will complain about the "2000 milenium teen years" decade. but not me

  • typo *Good* to see my comment get ratings..

  • Wow, good to see so many people see the issues with this millenium! People from all walks of life had the same concerns about the 2000s and 2010s, from CNN to the regular old Joe Blow. Goo to see my comment get ratings!

  • so the 2000's sucked for you.... they rocked for me just cuz youre life is terrible doesnt mean the whole decade sucks the 90's crime rate was high and the years were unsafe kids from the 2000's literally witnessed some of the world biggest changes in policy the spreading of democracy the rise and fall of dictators and the technological boom. Kids fro the 2000's are going to be some of the most influential adults ever the 2000's were amazing for me and the 2010's would be amazing too.

  • @segaisdabomb

Could not have said it better! It's time for people to stop looking at the past for flaws and start appreciating what they had. And you are right, children from the begining of the new millennium are going to be the most influential people to walk the earth. Because we are now more aware of our surroundings, know how to be involved in issues that we're interested in and we know that we have a voice and not afraid to use it. We are going to be the start of the new era.

  • The 00s were the best compared to any other decade including the 90s. Technology boomed in this great decade with the rise of Internet, YouTube, Facebook, Google, Apple, Ipods, Cell Phones etc. If it wasn't for this decade, you wouldn't be able to go on here on YouTube and bash the 00s! Music was great especially in the early 00s from 2000-2005. The 00s were overall a great decade. Though I might just be saying this cause I'm a 00s kid haha

  • @ExtremeMan8 Yeah, you wouldn't think that shit is so great if you lived in earlier decades. You didn't need the internet back then because music, movies, and culture were actually entertaining. People communicated in person, not hiding behind computers. iPods are of terribly low quality compared to the 'old' formats. The 2000s have the worst economy since the great depression (1930s), the worst terrorist attacks, most fake music/trends, the most self-entitled generation, etc.

  • @FuckingStanz Great comment!

  • @ExtremeMan8 90s were better solely because we didn't have (legit) video games and an internet connection that didn't take 2 minutes to load a page because of our shitty dial-up. All I did as a kid was live. Never sat in my room watching TV or wasting my days on the internet like I do now.

  • THE 2000s sucks.

  • 2000-2006 were the best years of my life.Thats my opinion because 2007-2009 sucks.

  • Ppl act like the 90s were perfect compared to the 00's. But any decade compared to the 00's looks superior. Lets not forget the genesis of this current bullshit. This "music" that lacks any kind of substance, is superficial, is anti-intellectual and aimed towards the lowest common denominator....and it all started in the late 90's. I will remember the 90's as the decade that introduced empathy in rock, introduced new cultures to the mainstream...an then let commercialism and greed destroy it all

  • @WrestlingBC12

Becuase there's a LOT of music. Mainstream music today is the one that isn't that good, not all modern music. You just need to dig for music you like now.

  • heres my take , 60-90s best music ever even if you think some of the music was crap it is not as worse as today . we are going through a musical holocaust were great music is getting killed off by these crap get rich bands honestly in todays society , bob dylan wouldnt havent even made it cause people have a pre assumed idea oh how music should sound like cause american idol , x factor and etc music isnt dead but it had been beaten and rapped profoundly

  • This video completely ignores the fact that Hip-Hop completely dominated the 2000s.

  • the thing is every year in the 90s was filled with awesome tv shows music movies and fashion. the 2000s had a couple of cool years were things were still influenced by the 90s (2000-2004) everthing after that was basically shit.

  • WHERES AMY WINEHOUSE!!!

  • FUCK I GOT RICKROLLED

  • RADIOHEAD?

  • The 2000s were only pretty good from 2000-2004 maybe. After that, everything went downhill. However, I hear people of various ages say that everything went dowhill around 9/11, so to sum up the 2000s, is was one of the worst decades. I love how people say technology has been the best thing. Wow...nothing wrong with advanced technology, but when life becomes oversaturated with just technology and nothing else, that creates a MAJOR problem.

  • @babygirl77518 Yeah, no talent required anymore. Just go with the lowest denominator.

  • @dancepiglover Yep!

  • @babygirl77518 I know it's all subjective but honestly I'd say those last few years of the 90's were just as bad music wise as any year in the 2000's.

  • @WrestlingBC12 If you are basing the late 90s strictly on some of those Pop bands, I guess it depends on what type of music you like. However, "artists" like Lil' Wayne and Eminem were much better in the late 90's than they are now, and I hear people say that all the time.

  • @babygirl77518 well 2005-2014 are really 10's so...

  • @TheZo4725lol 2005 is when things started going downhill, so I guess you could say it's the same era.

  • God the 2000s sucked ass

  • @JURYJOHMZOMBIE The late 2000s, early 2000s were good.

  • @Wilzehagawa. Look at previous comment.

  • @Wilzehagwa. I totally agree. I think music was on top in the 60's and each decade has gotten worse and worse. I mean each decade has given us great artists but there is less of them every decade. I'm almost afraid about this next decade. I hope rap doesn't continue but I hope to god that indie rock doesn't take over.

  • 2000-2010 should be forgotten in music history period.

  • No blink-182 they were at their best in the early 2000's

  • They didnt mention American Idiot

  • I think that 80's music is the best. Just saying.

  • >No Modest Mouse >No Radiohead >No GY!BE >No The Shins >No Aphex Twin >No Between the Buried and Me >No Agalloch >No Arcade Fire >No Sunn O))) >No TV on the Radio >No Andrew Bird >No Burial >No Stars of the Lid >No Grizzly Bear >No The Antlers
  • and we got stuck with the shit music..

  • 90s and early 00s had the best cartoons. Musicwise it was mediocre with the exceptions. The 80s is where music is at (and 60s-70s).

  • All in all, pish. 90s were pish. 80s were alright. 70s were amazing.

  • 2008-2011 is terrible music wise, so far. i see no talent in the current wannabe musicians.

  • The only terrible part of the 2000s was 2009.

  • @sega31098

Well that and 911 as well.

  • I'm sorry to all you 90's fans but I am SO sick of everybody saying on all the 2000's music videos "the 90's were so much better! this decade is crap" yeah I liked 90's early 2000's music too but just think of the kids born now. they're gonna say the same thing you guys are cause thats when they were born and that's what they grew up with. i'm not saying I disagree with you guys I see exactly what youre saying but cut the 2000's some slack!

  • @rconussier Because people on the internet have something called intelligence and taste. The 60s were when real music existed.

  • so much negativity... ppl on the internet are so negative i dnt get it?

  • 00s sucked when it comes to music but it seems like there was a little more variety than what we will suffer through in the '10s

  • Jimmy Eat World emo?

  • As soon as AirPrint started taking over I started to not like the music as much

  • 2000s= worst decade ever I'm glad its over

  • where is shakira??

  • so it all started going down hill in 05 but started back up in 08-09

  • @892lgy7382 Well since there wasn't a single artist in the 2000's who could even be referred in the same sentence as No doubt, Nirvana, Blink 182, Greenday, Radio Head etc I highly doubt any of us will miss the 2ks......especially 04-09

  • WHERE THE FUCK IS RADIOHEAD!!!????

  • Tbh I grew up in the 2000's (childhood-wise) I loved 2000-2005 but thats because everything from those years tried to copy the 90's everything after that 2006-present is boring and over saturated with stupid shit

  • @skitcenter i cant agree more

  • @skitcenter

Ye remember In Sync? Britney Spears? Avril Lavinge? weren't they great?:P

Your comment is just a showcase of the mystical powers of the rose tinted Nostalgia goggles

  • @skitcenter ur a kid, u don't know anything

  • I got Rick Rolled again and its not even a rick roll video technically :(

  • American Idiot was the biggest and best album of the decade.

  • I don't care about what you guys say,the 2000's were the WORST decade of music!

Everyone released junk to audience with defective ears and became popular selling junk that sold a lot because they had bass or because their music was cool.

The best music of 2000's STARTED when 2000 started, and DIED a few years after, after that there's only CHAOS and only some of the artists out there remaining good.

Oh Btw,Bubblegum Pop is childish for childs, not real music, but still makes me horneh. >:D

  • i dont care what anyone says...emo music will ALWAYS be terrible

  • The 2000s sucked in mainstream music. In know is the typical commentary, but almost no one of the groups mentioned had any other objective except making money. At least in the 90s, between 1990-1995, many of the grunge bands were about the music and then caught fame, but things like bubble gum pop and most of the artists in this recapitualtion simply suck.

  • Come on guys you have to admit the rickroll will go down in history. It even has its own Wikipedia page.

    ;)

  • wat about country i never listened to this shit

  • @ryannewman4life1 Nobody listens to that depressing shit

  • @Thrall079 wait do u mean pop rap and hip hop caayse country is the best damn music because it is about real life

  • well the decade was from 2001 - 2011 not 2000 - 2010 since there was no year 0...

  • @ameseize That's simply incorrect. While the new *millennium* did begin in 2001, the new *decade* started in 2000. Look it up.

Think about it. By your logic, 1990 was part of the 80s, which of course doesn't make sense. (How could nineteen-NINETY be part of the nineteen-EIGHTIES?)

2010 is the beginning of the new decade, and we are now in the second year of the current decade which will last from 2010 to 2019.

*Cue star + rainbow* THE MORE YOU KNOW!

  • @SalientK search on google " when did this decade start yahoo " and click the first link .

  • @ameseize I did. I'm sorry, but Yahoo Answers is not a reliable source by any means.

As I've stated, the new millennium began in 2001. Defining the new decade is a bit more ambiguous because it depends on context. In the context of pop culture, 2000 to 2009 is a decade and 2010 to 2019 is a decade, etc.

Irrelevant but interesting side note: there is a year zero in astronomical year numbering and in ISO 8601. I'm not trying to prove anything with that, I'm just throwing it out there.

  • @SalientK search for " 2009/12/28/history-of-2010-start-of-a-new-decade/ " on google and click the first link then read the whole thing

  • @SalientK i've found out that the 2000s were from 2000 - 2010 and the 90s were from 1990 to 2000 etc, i'm sorry for my misinformation. But that's just if you're talking about nineteen ninety something or nineteen eighty something, but a real decade is with for example 2001 - 2011.

  • @ameseize You're still off a little bit.

    The 2000s were from 2000 to 2009.

The first decade was from 1 to 10, not 1 to 11.

  • @SalientK i mean from the start of the year 1 till the start of the year 11

  • um about the gay guy what about him dry humping that guys face?

  • LINKIN PARK FTW!

  • ha ha nickelback hardrock then freaking hanna montana is punkrock idiots -________- any wasy rip chuck shuldnier and peter steele

  • And where is Green Day's American Idiot ?

  • GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!! THE PAST IS THE FREAKIN PAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE 1990S ARE OVER!! EITHA U LIVE IT OR NOT ITS GONE ITS BEEN TEN ALMOST ELEVEN YEARS.DANG STOP WHINING......UNLESS U HAVE A TIME MACHINE U CANT GO BACK SOO STOP COMPLAIN LAST DECADE WASNT EVEN THAT BAD FACE T THE WORLD AHS TO EVOLVE WE CANT STAY IN ONE DECADE FOREVER THAT WOULD BE BORING!!! 2010S ARE GOONA BE A GOOD DECADE STOP THINKING NEGATIVE THE 90S ARE G-O-N-E

  • its soooooo weird i think the 2000s was very funny!!!!!!!!!!! i mean, the music went back and forth and vice versa!!! ppl didnt know what they wanted to hear....it was soo diverse!!! unlike the 1980s-1990 (no offense i LOVE the 90s) but they were alike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Black people DOMINATED music in the 2000s. This video is bullshit and biased. They didn't include Rihanna, 50, Nelly and all the other Hip-Hop and R&B divas who owned the 2000s. Racist bullshit.

  • ,um, every decade has music right, ok well this decade had music too, and i think the 2000s music has a bigger impact then any other decade, the 2000s rock to me, we have a shitload of tv shows to watch, we have kids channels, we have cool cloths, computers, technology games, wtf, was the 90s really that good of a decade, i was only born in 1994 , i only remember the late 90s, but the only thing i remember the most is how big pokemon was, and Aaliyah was huge too, cartoon network,

  • the 2000s was a great decade, with all these classic movies we made in the 2000s, are u serious, and u ppl are complaing, yes the 90s was a cool decade also, but so was the 2000s, shrek was huge, destinys child was huge, oprah, play stations, cell phones, dvds,, computers, MUSIC, disney channel, nick, cartoon network, reality tv, cloths, game boys, bratz, direct tv, comcast, and so much more,...so wat else do u ppl want, enjoy ur life while u can, and stop worrying about the past all the time,

  • @orrkhari yeah in the 2000s most kids like you lost the ability to spell.

  • @arabianzeppelin shut up, i do know how to spell, i was really mad at that point, so i just went crazy on my typing, so stop trying to act like i cant spell bitch

  • what is everyones problem, i think the 2000s music is very awesome, do u no how many songs we made in the 2000s, do u know how many classic hits we got in the 2000s, wat are u ppl complainign about, everyone is always saying the 2000s music sucks, how is that possible, its been 10 years since the fucking 90s, get a fuckin grip, the 70s, 80s and 90s is over, music is very popular now, just deal with it

  • nobody I mean nobody WILL miss the 2000s

  • NO OUTKAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "HEY YAH" MADE THEM MAINSTREAM AND WENT ON TO SELL LIKE 10 MILLION RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!!! 50 CENT IS WORTH LIKE HALF A BILLION DOLLARS AND NELLY IS ALSO A BIG NAME THAT YOU BASTARDS LEFT OUT!!!!!! YOUR RECAP IS IRRELEVANT!!!!!!

  • Ftw!! This recops suck so much!!! Where are rhcp or kind of stuff... I understand, this is a gay mainstream music recop.

  • Rihanna wasn't even mentioned.

2000s RULE here is the finger the oldies born in the 70s who think our generation sucked.

  • i bet by the year 2019,everyone will say "i miss the 2000s,the 2010s suck!".that happens in every generation.

  • Every decade had its good and bad music, commercial and real artist, but the reason why people were disgusted with the 2000s, was because of how controlled and manufactured everything was in every genre. The big four took control of music in 97', that's when the decline in music began. ClearChannel also took over the radio airwaves around that time. There was a variety and loads of independent companies in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, not the 2000s.

  • Kind of a bad decade muscially when the biggest emerging genres were Emo and Ringtone Rap.

  • what about the new green day?

  • in short: Narcissism, abusive relationships, fame-whoring and style over substance no matter what genre.

Also worth noticing is how stars manifactured by (or derived from, such as is the case with Spears, Aguilera and Timberlake) Disney corporation gets pushed into alll this crapp way too fast.

Formula for 15 minutes of fame in the 00's: "look at me, I'm all innocent and lovely with my catchy music" ---> *one year later turned into a darkened, tortued soul* ----> drugs and psychosic breakdown

  • hip hop was revived in 2005 by kanye west? what?

  • ugh!! im sick and tired of these retarted comments about how this decade sucked! i have parents who grew up in the 70's and hated 80's music, i have a brother and a sister who grew up in the 90's and hated the 2000's as far as music and entertainment. im sure by 2019 all us who grew up in the 2000's are gonna brag about how we hate the 2010's LMAO!! every generation is different and have they're ups and downs.

  • lol This is all mainstream music. This music doesn't represent a whole decade. Same goes for the ones from the '90s, '80s, '70s, and so-on.

  • Britney :D

  • And this video is completely racist, they refused to acknowledge the fact that Hip-Hop DOMINATED the 2000s. 80% of the Top 10 selling artists of the 2000s are either rappers of R&B artists.

  • People are so full of shit when it comes to the 2000s. EVERYONE sees everything through rose-colored glasses. People who were born in the 90s are of course going to say that the 90s were the best and the 2000s were shut blah blah, but I bet you 10 years from now all the people who are born in the 2000s are going to be saying the 2010s was a shitty decade.

Each decade had its good and bad music, GET OVER IT.

  • @eXclusiveSupastar thank you,

  • Also for Greenday not being mentioned, I believe after Warning was released in 2000, there material was lacking. Yeah I bought American idiot on release with the art book and all but I only liked Boulevard of Broken Dreams,

  • Though Im only 20 so I can't really give you a full thought on the 90s. I only remember pieces from 94 and more if 98-99. All I know is that Our Lady Peace was my favourite band in those years.

  • I like the 90s for the countless great alternative and post grunge bands that emerged. You forget that boy bands always existed. He'll even the Jackson 5 can be considered a boy band. It just became immensly popular. You have to remember every decade had some form of music some people didn't like. People used to hate disco which is why it didn't last very long.

  • ...I got rick roll'd XD

  • auto tune was earlier than 08

  • auto tune.....whoever fucking invented that shit needs to burn in hell. Music was bad in the 2000s, but when rap started using that shit it just completely went to hell. T-pain is the first i heard start using that so i fucking hate him so much.

  • Nickelback? Hard rock? More like elevator music.

  • do you guys seriously think the 10s have been any better? NO! And Hot Tub Time Machine just showed us how bad the 10s will be

  • I grew up in the Noughties. 6-15 years old

  • LOL 2008 was Rick Roll??? um no

  • im 16, so ive grown up in the 2000s, but sometimes i wish i grew up in a different decade, just to see what ive missed out on, if ive missed out on anything

  • 2011 is the year that we'll see a change in music. Hopefully something awesome compared to the Past decades(except 2000s,that decade sucked.)

  • @EA0825 YES! I think music will get better...we need the real singers back!

  • "2008 was the year of the rick roll" LOL!?!? who the hell likes that song?!

  • Good video! If anyone is interested on all the hits, by year, in the usa, since 1890 to 2009, check out my channel. The interest part is that I also saw this back and forth between pop, rock and hop hop in the noughties decade.

  • wat was the song called by the strokes

  • 90's sucked hard.

So glad the boy band crap is over.

Can we just have good music now please?

  • It's just like that. In the 80s,everybody said it was the worst generation. In the 90s,everyone suddenly missed the 80s and said the 90s was the worst. Heck, it was like that since Plato's time. I'm pretty sure by 2019,everybody would be saying the 2010s was horrible and they missed the 2000s.

  • @892lgy7382 Yeah true, i think that it all depends on a certain period for music to blossom for example the late 80s and early 90s.

  • @892lgy7382 I hope you're wrong. LOL. And the only people that will say "ahhh, I missed the 2000's" will be Justin Bieber, Kesha and Katy Perry fans, seriously.

From the way I see, people seem to like the 90's the most. I've even came across people born in the 60's and 70's (my aunts, for example) that say the 90's were the best, even better than their childhood years (70's, 80's). The 1990's were amazing. And if people miss the 2000's, they'll miss the EARLY 00's only, not 2005-2009. :)

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000 2000's had some of the best music ever! im sure it will continue in the 2010's as we get new music bringing in new styles and genres! sheet man 2000s had great artists like Drake, Rihanna, TPain, Chris Brown, Avril Lavigne etc!

  • @koreadude You're freaking kidding! Is this what humanity has come to? Drake, T-Pain, Avril, Rihanna and Chris as great artists! You make me sick. Especially when you're 22, even older than I am. In your long life, haven't you discovered real, good artists? 2000's was mostly crap, especially after 2004. Drake is actually a 2010's artist, as he's new. But seriously, your music taste is a horror!

  • @LisaSpringfield yeahhh youre one of those types of people who are stuck in the past and refuse to accept that new music today is actually good! those are just my mainstream favorite music artists; i have other favorite underground artists who are new and good too! i just decided to list the mainstream ones cause those are the ones people know about! the dream, tpain, drake, jeremih, chris brown, these guys are music icons! chris brown made "forever" man that should be enough said lol

  • @koreadude Drake and T-Pain don't sing. They RAP with electro beats. How is that even music? Rihanna can't sing - can't your ears detect her awful voice? Chris Brown just makes electro music like the rest. He has hidden talent but he doesn't use it.

I may be stuck in the past, but you're stuck in the present too much and I bet you don't know any mainstream 90's/early 2000's singers. If so, name your favorite.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

Really? My dad is 58, he grew up in the 60's and he says that the 90's is undoubtably the worst decade for music. He thinks the 00's are a little better.

  • @mrc560 I guess that's his personal experience. A lot of immigrants who lived in the war during the 90's would have hated that decade, and then moved to a first world country say, in 2001, and loved that country - I'm sure now they would've say the 2000's were better and 90's were depressing.

However, I personally think the late 90's (1998 and up) towards 2002 were the best years of my life. To each their own...

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

They weren't even in the 2000s until 2009, except Katy Perry who started in 2001. That's all.

  • @sega31098 I know that these singers were not around until 2008 and up. But they really defined that decade, alongside Rihanna, Usher, Chris Brown, etc. The early 2000's were pretty much a continuation of the 90's. So that's why I said those who'll miss the 2000's will be the late 2000's kids (those born in around 1996-1999). But the early 2000's were still part of 90's kids era.

Anyways, yeah, I also know that Katy Perry was around in 2001, but she was doing indie-gospel and was unknown.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

You're just further showing your arrogance, biased view here too.

"So that's why I said those who'll miss the 2000's will be the late 2000's kids (those born in around 1996-1999). But the early 2000's were still part of 90's kids era."

Late 2000s kids? Those born 1996 to 1999? Early 2000s still part of 90s kids era??? Wow I really hate you, you've really pushed my buttons. Why not just say "Hey everyone I'm better than you before me and you after me I'm the best"......

  • @Gaznugget You hate me? Isn't that arrogant.

Relax, they're just numbers. Talking small things seriously in life will not get you anywhere in life.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

Yes I hate you. More than anyone I've encountered in my life so far.

Don't tell me to relax! You're the one that's not gonna get anywhere in life you worthless waste of recources! I've already got somewhere in my life. I'm a part of the Transition Towns movement, a movement connected to THE most important issues in the world right now.

  • @Gaznugget People love the 90's and so do I, big deal. Who the fuck cares, anyway? There are lots that do. You need an army to stop them. Being rude to the 90's lovers will make you the baddie. MJfan just stated his humble opinion here and you bashed him first saying you "hate him" and made it a big fucking deal.

Yes, you need to relax. Stop attacking people.

  • @UpwardsFallings Why do you have to join in now?! People like the 90s I know, I just hate these 21 year olds saying it's the best time ever and that people who think otherwise are retarded. They're only saying it cause they were kids then! It winds me up so much! I fucking care! DON'T YOU DARE MAKE IT SEEM THAT THE "90S LOVERS" ARE THE GOOD GUYS AND I'M BEING RUDE AND THE "BADDIE"!!! You trying to piss me off even more!? They and you are equally as bad. His opinion was a biased statement!!!

  • @Gaznugget You, miss, have a problem.

First, I never made you the "baddie". Second, you are very extreme and rude person. Third, you're caring way too much when it is non of your goddamn business - it's their life, not yours. Fourth, if people love the 90's and you're saying you "fucking care", then I bet something traumatic happened to you in that decade - perhaps loss or failure.

No, I think MJfan's statement was just an opinion. You can respectfully disagree, but not say you "hate" him.

Yes you are absolutely right, I do have a problem, but only when it comes to this whole decade debate. I'm not a rude person in real life, quite the opposite. It's just on Youtube and on PS3 I'm rude sometimes. Also in my line of work (Environment, Peak Oil ect) it is my business to intervene in people's lives when they litter for example. I order them not to do it. You can't let everybody live how they want, otherwise we have murdering, littering, swearing etc

    cont...

  • Nothing traumatic happened to me in the 90s, quite the opposite. It was the time I was truly happy and my life was a paradise. I didn't know about sex, climate change, oil depletion, war, disease, murder, animal meat and all the negative aspects of modern life. Paradise existed for me. I was extremely lucky, I even had a perfect happy family and grew up in the perfect environment. But to say the 90s was the best is just arrogance! I've researched other times and they had real MUSIC.

  • @Gaznugget OK. I understand you now.

While true, pre-90s music may better (like the 60's and 70's), but I wouldn't blame the 90s lovers because they grew up with those songs of that decade so of course they'll say "90's best music". Attack me now, but I think the 90's had the best music (listen to Celine Dion, Ricky Martin, the early Enrique Iglesias, Toni Braxton, Elton John - they made amazing songs), and yet I thought 80's music overly cheesy and campy. 60's and 70's also had good music.

  • @UpwardsFallings

I grew up with Spice Girls and was a fan (still am kinda even though my parents say they were shit and couldn't sing) and I still love them but I'm not gonna go on their videos and post "Thumbs up if you were a 90s kid" or "90s music is the best we're the luckiest generation" because that's just pure arrogance. I realise 70s and 80s music was much better. 80s is my favorite yes I can see why you'd think it was cheesy and campy but there's nothing wrong with that, it's fun.

  • @Gaznugget Yeah, and I guess it's a matter of opinion.

To be honest, I'm a fair guy. I grew up with the 90's music, I was like "no, they're the best". And then I opened up my mind more and tried 60's, 70's and 80's, but seriously 80's sounded the worst - the instruments, the cheesy synth sounds, the annoying "sticky drums", the campy voices - that's just their pop music. Some underground R&B and soft rock (by Lionel Richie) sounded good. 80's pop simply annoyed me. But 60's and 70's were nice!

  • Wow then I guess we're the complete opposite. I love 80s music the most. I like the synth sounds, and find that the singers could actually sing unlike today where it's all autotuned. Only the other day I was listening to Journey and I love Steve Perry's voice. Also Whitney Houston and many other artists. But I can totally understand how you could not like it. I'm not into 60s music but I love 70s music. I love ABBA, Bee Gees, ELO (my favorites list has songs I like)

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

My cousin who's born in 1996 does not like Justin Bieber...at all.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

I think you are extremely biased, arrogant and full of shit. Your channel says you are 21 years old thus you were born around 1990. Maybe if you were born around 1970 and you were saying the 90s was the best, it would be credible. But you're obviously just saying the 90s is the best just because you were a kid then and I think that're really PATHETIC. I was a kid in the 90s too but I say 70s and 80s are the best. 90s had The Spice Girls. Need I say more?

  • @Gaznugget Fuck off.

It's just my opinion, OK? Stop taking shit seriously, fool.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

No you fuck off you stupid arrogant fool.

Your opinion is basically the 90s is the best just because you were a dumb stupid kid. Your opinion is basically that "your childhood time" is better than other people's times so your "opinion" stinks. You're the one who took this seriously in the first place fool. People DONT think the 90s is the best. You suck.

  • @Gaznugget Get a fucking girlfriend you low life and quit worrying about numbers and decades. You're so sick. It's only a fucking number.

If you wanna carry on, then go and kill yourself.

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000

I'm a girl... I have a boyfriend... You're the low life... You're the sick one here... You just told me to kill myself, you can't get any sicker than that!

You just had to be 21 didn't you and say what you said. You make me sick.

  • @Gaznugget 90s were the best. You're a retard if you think otherwise.

  • @LisaSpringfield

    OMG I can't believe you just said that you retarded bitch! Oh look, you just happen to be 21 as well. What a suprise! Another narrow minded bitch that says 90s is the best just because you were a stupid kid then. You're a retard for saying 90s is the best just because you were a kid then. If I was born in 2000, I could easily copy you and say;

"2000s were the best. You're a retard if you think otherwise."

Seriously bitch, you are dumb as shit for saying that! 70s and 80s ftw

  • @Gaznugget Hey motherfucker....that's just my fucking opinion. If you don't like it then go and choke on your dad's big cock - what you don't have, fucker!

70's and 80's were campy as fuck. Give me the 50's and 60's anyday. You're a fucking jerk anyway, I bet you don't have a girlfriend. Pathetic cunt.

  • @LisaSpringfield

"motherfucker, fucking, choke on your dad's big cock, fucker, fuck, fucking, cunt".... wow the 90s must have been great if it produced lovely people like you! Your "fucking opinion" claimed people who didn't agree with you were retarded! More a retarded statment I'd say than an opinion. My dad died last month cunt!... yeah can't see you winning with that one, also I'm a girl you retard. You're the fucking jerk here. I have a boyfriend too. Pathetic worthless waste of space!!

  • @Gaznugget Go die with your dad slut.

  • @LisaSpringfield

"Go die with you dad slut"

Lol I guess that means I win this argument if you come out with something like that. No matter how heated an argument gets, if it ever resorts to you saying something evil like that I instantly win. Yes!

    Dumb retarded bitch ahahahahaha!

  • @Gaznugget You really are a desperate fuck are you? Do you even have friends? You're a true ho.

  • @LisaSpringfield

Desperate? Yes I am on this argument for some reason.

Friends? No not really, but my personality is completely the opposite when I'm not talking on this subject.

Ho? No I'm not. Sorry but you get 2 out of 3.

  • @Gaznugget What the fuck is your problem bitch? Is it your periods or what? Sluts like you should bashed by their boyfriends.

The 90's may be bad, but the 80's and 70's sure sucked.

  • @Nancy99999 "What the fuck is your problem bitch? Is it your periods or what? Sluts like you should bashed by their boyfriends."

Well my "problem" is hardly going to go away is it if you write something like that even though I wasn't even speaking to you. DUH!!!!!

You're the fucking bitch with a problem, you're the one having your periods, you're the slut that should be bashed by your boyfriend.

    You're saying the 70s, 80s and 90s sucked? So that leaves you the 2000s, 60s, 50s, 40s, 30s etc
