The quickest way to God is to know the God within everyone of us. Whenever we do smthng gud, someone from inside make us happy and satisfied. When we do bad he takes away our happiness. So to know within is the path of self-realization. Self-realization is knowing about own self (which is God). The irony is self-realization is the easiest thing to do. It's difficult to pluck a flower, but it's easy to do self-realization. But our mind is so deep in world that it don't allow to seek our own self

Definitely not... Psychedelics will show you, don't get me wrong. It's just that's usually where it ends with most. They just take entheogens and that's it. There's usually very little character development. You see........ you get HIGHER so to speak, without drugs rather than with them.

I go from almost spiritual experiences, to doubt and a feeling of being alone.

To me god is this universe or something that we are all part of but we just need to find it within us.

I feel by finding ourselves we can then be better for those around us and that at the moment in this world a lot of focus is on outside and we do not seem to look within. perhaps it has been like this for a long time,

and the belief that god is something higher than us and almost inaccessible i dont feel is totaly true

These are not concepts or theories handed down to me, I speak from experiences I have found through practicing to seek God in my heart. "Love" is the teacher and GOD IS the LOVE. I would never say that I know it all or that my way is the right way. We each are drawn to God in unique ways. For those attracted to LOVE and Devotion through the heart, I offer my words of experience in hope that they SEEK out their own experiences and find the what's true for them. :)

Like an earthly judge he gives punishment to all those who deserve it. Do our parents teach us to lie, cheat, and steal when we are children? Or is it natural?

I do not follow a god that punishes, nor one that feels wrath. I wonder about this, how can this god be resentful for a choice one makes when it was him who "gave" us free choice to begin with. Is it still free choice when one chooses out of fear? Did we ever have a choice? because of these questions that can not be answered with facts, I chose not to follow a god, if I do the only god I follow is Love, here is where I find all the answers that are truly important.

Dear ecstatica23, I don't believe in a punishing God either. That's a fear tactic. How can you experience LOVE from God if you in fear of Him? It's an ironic belief system. LOVE is something that is within each of us, and is the BEST part of us. It's giving, kind, caring, peaceful. My belief is GOD is the LOVE in and behind all the mysteries of life. My message is seek the LOVE and find the answers in your own experience of that love.
