  • 00:56 so cooL)

  • I don't think I can do that because I watched it on my iPod.... But it should work because I listened to another audio illusion and it was perfectly fine.

  • Oops no I didn't lemme try again.. Sorry

  • This sucks the sound isn't 3D

  • @Roshcotel did you read any of the page? did you add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL to get the stereo sound back?

  • thumbs up if this made you dizzy

  • add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL to get the stereo sound back.

  • 3d sound isn't too good, nice blender anim though

  • lol. at the beginning i though it was gonna be chaccaron maccaron.

  • I felt depth but no width...

  • Cool except take out the loud and overpowering bass drum because we can't really detect which direction low frequencies are coming from, that's why it's always centred on a mix. You can certainly hear the hat moving around.

  • mono

  • solo

  • How do you create a vid llike that?

  • blender

  • I felt depth but not enough width.

  • how do u add sound to stuff??? im trying to add sound to my gun and NO1 has any tuts lol plz help

  • Do you have a video editor? if you do you can add sound using it.

  • 5/5

  • well done

  • that looks so fun

  • Dude nice script very usefull! THX

  • Cheers, nice to be appreciated!

  • mono

    SSSSTEEEEEERRRRRREEEEEEEOOOOOOOO

  • Cool!

  • You have to use &fmt=18 to get a better effect.

  • pretty neat

  • way better than rock band.

  • wow thats great! i cant wait at all! yay for irrational fears and spam!!!

  • thats....awesome....

  • Lol that is soo awesome, kinda funny. and almost cute.

  • add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL to get the stereo sound back.

  • cool! good vid!

  • Very cool ^.^

  • it would be cool if you could submit the video in STEREO... :-l

  • where's the blender?

  • blender is the program used to create this

  • lol

  • Of course its Mono, at this stage all gets converted...

Very well done timeing wise! Pity the other cubes are only used a bit at the end.

  • I don't know anything about the Blender program, but would be interested in watching other compulations.

  • Highly constructive critique. I don't think you really know what your looking at here at all do you?

  • mono or not ,not a bad recording, phase 4 started all electronic surround.but surround sound has been with us since the 1500s using accoustic ducting..

  • its mono, i tested with speakers and headphones... just it adjust the volume if it is near or far, i think its youtube problem, there is in ur page (showed in the description) a stereo downloadable version? anyway, i give you 4 stars 4 the try!

  • MONO!?!?

  • I can assure you the video i put up was stereo. You can still hear some of the effect.

It is also HD but youtube dont show that either.

  • HD?

    Why isnt´s Youtube showing this?

  • if you think youtubes codec can compress hd down to look good, or any other video for that matter then your having a laugh

  • does blender do abstacts well?

would be awesome to have an abstract render reacting to sound

  • nice one haha

    thats good

  • Cheers.... look through my other videos for the finished version... "hip hop her"

    J

  • it sucks it´s MONO!

  • Are you sure?

  • Yes, concentrate and you will see. The only thing thay have done is to lower and rase the volumen of each instrument/cube, but there is no diferense in relation to how thay move from right to left and odher way around.

  • The problem is youtube. Converts all stuff to mono.

  • dont think so, there are other vids that have stereo...

  • Don't be so quick to blame YouTube... search "holophonics" for videos that have 3D sound.

  • I have heard you need to convert the video to a flash movie or something to get stereo.

  • wow... looks great!

  • Thanks!

  • Really good job!

  • Check my newer videos for an update.

  • I'm not very good at blender, but i know enough to know that what u did was pretty great. The only problem i found was that while you could hear the 3-d sound, the idea that it was 3-d was kinda hard to notice unless your listening for it.

  • You had better provide a tutorial on this.

  • I did better... I did a tutorial, and also provided the script I used :D

  • works well :D

  • it's so cool :D

more of stuff like that please :D

  • wow thats cool im pretty new to blender but im getting there

  • Thanks... glad you like it :)

  • this is great im a noob in blender and im gonna start learning.

  • good on ya mate

  • ooooooooo come really

  • There is no other 'easy' answer.... check through my other videos and you'll see that I have been wrking on this for a while... I wrote the midi -> movement script as well... Midi_Import_X..... The actual render time for the images was about 30 seconds per frame... the sound took a while too... it is all recorded as individual drums and then placed in the 3d space of each box. There are virtual mics either side of the camera, so the sound is stereo 3d!

    It's all about time!

    J

  • yes, you definitively cracked the sync problem this time :) grats man

  • when I render i start from from 0001. I copied 0001 to 0000 and re-encoded... it looks a million times better... who'd have thought 1/25th of a frame would make so much difference? It proves itself... it is all about the sync!

  • WEN EVER I WANNA SHOW YA A VID!!! U HAV ALREDY SEEN IT!!! WOTS UP W/ THAT! lol

  • how long did it take you to do this

  • my whole life!!

  • how did you arrange this?

    midi?

  • try doing a google for Midi_Import_X

you should find my blog and the script that was used to trigger the movements.
