Is really the owners fault. Dogs shares similiarities with humans like when to stop eating or to continue eating. It's the dogs fault for getting too fat.

i was telling my coworker how my cousin got a warning from the City of South Gate in California about her dog being too fat I work for a law office and she called me so pissed off over the fact that she needed to be in court explained the judge why she let her dog go fat and what is she going to do about it I told her that she can be accused of animal neglect ..two days later she send the dog to the pound LOL

this is horrible,if this is real this animal should seriously be taken away from the owners, there is no excuse to ever let your dog get this fat, unless it has some sort of crazy problem where it can no lose weight, there is no reason for this... I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE dogs. <3
