  • The number of sexist comments here is quite appalling. It's indeed amazing that she can play so many games simultaneously but world-class chess players like her have their opening repertoire down to a science. Most of them can play common openings into the middle game almost without thinking.

  • wow guys, i know she is hot and all but half the comments are sexual. chess players are supposed to be smart, and smart people are not supposed to behave like baboons, so please, show ze lady some respect

  • @Migue261 Feminazis are the biggest sexists on the planet.

  • @FischerFan feminazis? i had never heard that term, just neo-nazi, but wikipedia is illustrating me atm ^^

  • she is susan's sister?

  • @Mockingbird5150 Yep, and there is a third sister, who is a strog chess player as well.

  • she is really good

but I think if she plays against 20 mes one should win :D

    at least I hope soO_o

  • @olipako1 There is one win

  • josh waitzkin is my idoL! he also ha d a big penis

  • I would annoy her by saying she look sexy and I want to see her tits.

  • wow. i would pound her all night long

  • if you were there you could have seen up her skirt in the reflection of the shiny floor

  • Was the gentlman she lost to notable?

  • As the most casual and horrid player, I would be thrilled to be in game with others against her like this.

  • Have the Polgar sisters ever had to play against each other in professional play? Which of the three is the best?

  • @warblerab Judith is the best. She was in top 10 but she had children and of course has not that time as before to prepare.

  • Final score?

  • I played Judit and her sisters in a simul a few years ago in Las Vegas. Actually, my game was rather brief as I was hopelessly lost and resigned pretty fast rather than continue the suffering. Nice women and all very articulate spokeswomen for the game of chess. She's almost indisputably the greatest woman chess player of all time. Her older sister, Susan, is probably the 2nd greatest.

  • ella si es una belleza no como la kosteniuv q es una golfa del ajedrez

  • Why are people posting bad comments about her? Okay, so she’s not the best in the world, and not in the top 50 best, so what? She just set the bar for all other women chess players, she might not be the best player but she is far ahead of other women.

  • And of course that means nothing to you because the ones posting negative comments are probably men. It is a work in progress. Hopefully this will open other female chess player’s eyes, “if it is possible for her to be that good, so can I, maybe even better” and so on. But I’m sure the reason why a woman isn’t the best player has more to do with the fact that the majority of chess players are men.

  • @thissitesuxmytwat01 No men are just better chess players, men's IQs are more evenly spread across the spectrum, women's are more grouped around the middle so there are far more male geniuses (and dummies) than women, men are also more visuo-spatially adept and better linear strategists than women due to our hunting evolutionary background.

Having said that, Polgar is awesome and women can be great chess players, it's just a statistical disadvantage.

  • @pixarian72 I understand what you're trying to say, but it's slightly off-mark. Men have the highest CEILING in terms of chess potential. The very best men (like Kasparov) were and always will be better than the best women (which is without a doubt Judit). That's very different from saying that men are just better period. Plenty of girls have beaten guys their same rating (or even higher).

  • I played the French Open Champ Nicholas Rossolimo in a simu game in the Village in the Seventies and created a buzz in the room when I trapped his Queen.

In five moves he had my Queen and in ten more the game! All I did was awaken a sleeping giant!

  • simul chess is the worst thing that happened to humankind.

  • so quiet. i would fart make eveybody laugh

  • She is ... ABOORIGINAL

  • Wait, is this just the same fucking peice of video looped over and over again? Is that what I have been watching??

  • This is the sexist thing I have ever seen. This actually made me hard.

  • A woman who actually has a mind of her own.

  • lol the gambit opening

  • if your a pro chess player you do what you have to do to bring in the $. she probably hated every minute of this. some of the moves made by these club guys were ridiculous and if you watch carefully you can see the contempt in polgar's face just after she makes her move.

  • i noticed that. after d4 c5, the disgust on her face as she quickly played dxc5.

i would be insulted by such a stupid move myself. some unorthodox gambit that gains nothing for the pawn but shock value against a GM is disrespectful and childish.

what a waste of an opportunity to play against such a great player.

  • @sharpnova2 on the contrary, 1. d5 c5 leads to some very interesting games. It's not really unorthodox, because after 2.e6, white will be worse off holding on to the pawn.

  • @zaychenok it's an insult to a player like polgar. between you and i, perhaps it would be interesting.

though tbh i would probably beat you whether i held onto c5 or not. and i'm not talking about the difference in our skill levels which is probably large, but the disparity in the resulting position.

  • @sharpnova2 A quick search on google revealed that the Benoni (1. d4 c5) has 41% white wins, 31% black wins, and 28% draw. A more "normal" opening, as you would call it - Queen's Indian, for example - has the same discrepancy: 33% white versus 25% black win. Therefore, it's as good an opening as any other (in fact, a quick search on ICC revealed that Nakamura uses it for blitz and standard on a regular basis, as white & black, just do "search A43 Smallville" on command line.

  • @zaychenok I'm sure the Cochrane gambit has a 50% return at the 1200 level as well. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if e4, Bc4, Bxf7 has a pretty decent margin over all the games that've been played over that whole rating distribution. At polgar level=instant loss.

And most importantly, Benoni is d4 c5 d5. We're talking about d4 c5 dxc5 which is a completely different opening.

also, benoni is: +45.2%=26.8%-28%, which is terrible for black.

you're using bad tools to come up with those numbers.

  • @sharpnova2 And if you want to challenge me to a chess match - go for it. I'm not great (~2100 chesscube, and ~1800 ICC), but I can certainly put up a fight, and I've played the Benoni as black with some success in the past.

  • i noticed that. after d4 c5, the disgust on her face as she quickly played dxc5.

i would be insulted by such a stupid move myself. some unorthodox gambit that gains nothing for the pawn but shock value against a GM is disrespectful and childish.

  • tapp dat shit

  • She looks like she was really annoyed to be there

  • I can take her in chess ! Because i'm like Naruto ! ^^ "The most surprising ninja in the village"

  • Does any one know the result. She's very strong.

  • check the description, W 23 - L 1 - D 0

  • @Cergi0 Where the last 6 adjorn or were they draws?

  • I guess were draw... lol.. I fogot about them XP

  • @Cergi0 you didnt read it right neither :), its W23-L1-D6

  • WHat if she did a NUDE simul?

  • She'd win every game within 10 moves ;)

  • @subatom, then everyone would lose xD.

  • @subatom101 then I would play the Bangyourtits opening

  • @subatom101 hilarious

  • @subatom101 You're a genius. We now have a way to make chess popular again.

  • @subatom101 chessbang?

  • @subatom101 I'd loose on time! :P

  • I'm reminded of the cartoon, I think it was a New Yorker one, where two women are watching a grandmaster giving a simul and one women says to the other, "I don't know how he does it... my feet would be killing me."

  • Susan is m ore pretty, i would do her xD.

  • good exercise no doubt.

  • she needs to play more simultaneous games like this to reduce her weight! she has to keep walking know..

  • she is still half the size

of many in the States :-)

  • the way she moves the pieces is so vain

  • why are there so few women chess players?

  • why are there so few women D&D players?

why are there so few women World of Warcraft players?

  • she plays really fast against so many people, amazing

  • average club players as opponents.

It's like a heavyweight boxer sparring vs. 30 skinny bony little nerds.

  • She's an attractive lady, but she needs a total fashion makeover, not that it would make any difference to this crowd.

  • haha, well said

  • Chess powah!

  • i wonder why the choice in an uncomfortable looking shoe; i would sport a tennie of some sort.

  • At one time, Judit was the youngest player to reach the grandmaster level, male or female, in history. She was also ranked among the top 10 players in the world. She's considered the greatest woman player in chess history. I played her and 2 sisters, Susan and Sofia, in a tandem simul in Las Vegas and it was indeed a humbling experience. She's a very nice woman and also happens to be smoking hot!

  • the polgar sisters are part of an experiment by their father. however, as with all other experiments i wonder if there should be a control. ie one sister should not be taught chess but given books and problems of the game

  • damn i would like to move my bishop diagonally into her wink wink

  • looooooool

  • hahahhaa

  • Mon Dieu, quelle femme! Je l'adore!

  • damn..she got me all moving my bishop diagonal like....

  • wow what a great video.... i just wish i knew the dude who beat her...... i dont think it shows him... o well

  • I like the cut of her jib.

  • Judith estava muito feia nessa época... e gorda. Com o decorrer do tempo ficou bonita. O que é que o dinheiro não faz?

  • Comment removed

  • Talented and Intelligent are all prejudices.

    Judit did what nobody does.

    She worked naturally.

Then no wonder why she is strong at chess

  • Why is it that in simuls, the person going around is always white ?

  • because of worldwide racism

  • I see.

  • It's because they have to play so many games at once, they want to play the same opening move on all of the boards.

  • ha.

  • When someone holds a simul they're supposed to win all of their games. Its why they get paid the big bucks to do it. So as a matter of custom upheld by all the super-duper grandmasters and other sorts who do this kind of thing, the person hosting plays white, most likely as some sort of insurance policy to make sure they don't have to fight for those 30 wins.

  • But some people are better with black !

  • Fischer > polgar

    10 > 3

  • Fischer > Polgar

  • Not that intelligent. One player gave away material!!

  • It shows how talented she is because she's playing against men who look very intelligent and yet she probably won most games and tied a few. A kluge idene.

  • she's a specialist, unless most of the people she played were also professional chess players, it's really not that much of a feat.

  • Agreed. With a rating in the super GM club, she's seen it all. These simuls aren't loaded with GMs... no GM would give such a simul... it wastes preparation for tourneys. So, nobody in that room is going to beat her. Maybe one or two draws. Maybe.

  • She won 23 drew 6 and lost 1

  • Kasparov won 25-0 against 25 people :)

  • @PaXx

Kasporov always demands ratings below 2000.

  • thats bullcrap, Someone beat him once in a simul, and oneone below 2000 is gonna beat kasparov.

  • ROFLMAO

  • PC corderch is an m..ass....and all of you assholes ,....u don't know any single thing about chess,...Pc corderch is mr. Nobody,...ignorant,.....learn a little about chess,....!!!!!!!.....u are talking pure shit,...

  • Those of you who say that Judith is no good enough and says that are good chess players, have you ever read the life or the succes of thess chess players? idiots! You just talk for talk!

  • Hahahahah. Sorry buddies, but its sad cause Fischer was smarter than you think and learned how the real world ran firsthand. He tried to fight it and got fucked like all the people who do.

  • I want in on this. XD

  • .. if fischer wasnt a dumb jew.. and was a smart one.. hed be ultra rich.. and STILL the world champion.. nobody could beat him.. are u kidding his life was the game . . .

    if only he was smarter...

  • It is kinda sexy when you watch a woman beating the crap out of so many guys in chess.

  • Mk...let's see her beat the crap of top male players like Anand, Kramnik, Kasparov, Fischer(in his prime), etc. She would get crushed.

  • she's Hungarian, she has already defeated Kasparov

  • She has defeated Kasparov in a game, and not in a match. She has NEVER defeated any of the top male players in a match(25 games). That is the key difference. Anyone can lose a game or two. It is only in matches of many games that luck and other factors are ruled out and we se who's really the best.

  • Thanks for the info, PCoderch.

  • Thanks,

  • That's because she hasn't played any top players in a match.

btw there aren't any long 25 (or so) game matches any more and havent been for years. The last 2 world championship matches were only 14.

  • And the reason why she hasn't played any match with a top male player is because she's not good enough to qualify to play at that level. So have you have shot yourself in the proverbial foot and proven exactly my point. Do you really think she would win a match against Kramnik, Anand or Kasparov? If you do, then there's a bridge I would like to sell you. Don't try to argue this with me because I am an avid chess player and have ben following professiona chess for 15 years.

  • When did she try to qualify for a match with one of those guys? The last time anyone actually qualified for a WC match was Short which was before Polgar's time. I'm not saying she's as good as Kasparov was, Kramnik or Anand but she was around the world top 10 for years (#8 highest). Just insulting her ability suggests you don't know as much about the subject as you think. What do you think about players like Gelfand, Adams or Svidler? Never played in a WC match, they must be weak players too.

  • Polgar never qualified for the World Championship because she's not good enough. Period. Stop trying to make excuses for your heroine. The point of contention here was the somneone argued that Polgar is as good as Kasparov and Kramnik because she defeated both in games; I replied by stating that this is not true because winning or losing a single game doesen't prove anything, as luck and factors like being well disposed come into play in who wins or lose a single game. It is only in matches

  • that you see who truly is the best, because it averages out. The fact is that Polgar is not as good as the top male players, and I proved that point. Her ELO rating is lower and she would get crushed in a World Championship match against Kasparov or Kramnik, no if ands or buts. As for Gelfand and Adam, please, these guys are not even remotely as good as Kramnik, Anand or Kasparov. I never claimed they are bad, only that they are not among the best. Now stop arguing just to be a jackass.

  • Polgar has never qualified for a World Championship match. Neither have Kramnik or Anand! Kasparov played them because he wanted to play against the very top players. Anand (and Topalov before him) became WC by winning a tournament NOT a match. Having respect for Polgar doesn't make her my chess heroine, I just think your whole argument about having to win matches to be considered a great player is an outdated view considering matches are so rare (and matches of 25 games non-existant).

  • also nobody argued Polgar was better than Kasparov. They said (correctly) than Polgar defeated him in a game (and not before time, if you know about the Linares 1994 scandal - she should've won that game). Then you went off on a anti-Polgar rant.

  • I think she already beat Fischer.

  • Oh wow, she beat an old Fischer who was 25 years past his prime in a game. Big deal. Fischer in his prime would tore Polgar a new asshole. It wouldn't even be close. He would just crush her. She wouldn't be able to win even a single game againt him, let alone a championship of 25 games. I would be very surprised if Polgar defeated Fischer in his prime in even a single game out of 25 in a championship.

  • what a stupid comment... how can you all time thinking aobut that shit..... f u!

  • My friend beat her sister Susza in a Simul, but their strengths are uncomparable (Judit's much better)

  • Well, they're all grandmasters, so even if Judit is better, your friend can be proud...

  • For the record, she's Hungarian and has two sisters who are also world class players.

  • Every one of those look like Drueke pieces.

Am I right? or anyone knows?

  • i love chess!!!! x

  • shes kinda chubby.....and a little chubby....

  • DAMMIT!!! she's the only "WOMAN" in the top 100 in the world. Yes, some men better than her but for sure she's better than most of the men in this world. She has beaten Kasparov, Topalov, Anand and all of them is former no.1 world.

So no excuses for her ability at chess unless you are a jealous person to her.

  • between 8:08 and 8:46 it looks like shes sleeping

  • a class act. easily the best female chess player of all time. i admire her . she competes at the highest level with the men.

  • Judit is some chess player and a beautiful woman

  • So who's the guy that won?

  • she'd make a great prop in rugby!

  • Even on her best day, she never was, and never will be, as good as Fischer was in 1970.

  • who said shes better than Fischer, Fischer is a class of his own but he failed to prove that he is the best in match with Karpov.

  • "who said shes better than Fischer, Fischer is a class of his own but he failed to prove that he is the best in match with Karpov."

There are bleeding hearts in the media who like to brag about her eclipsing Fischer's record of youngest International GM.

Fischer never played Karpov. He also never finished last at a World Championship.

Happy Birthday to Bobby Fischer. Join me in celebrating this most festive occasion.

  • He didn't have to prove it - Karpov knew it, and the world knew it. Karpov was very happy when he became world champ, but the question is if it was because he avoid being trounced by Fischer, or because he actually thought he deserved the "victory". I'm not saying that he wasn't a great or worthy adversary, I'm only saying that no one could measure up to Fischer at that time.

  • "Karpov was very happy when he became world champ, but the question is if it was because he avoid being trounced by Fischer, or because he actually thought he deserved the "victory"."

Fischer and Karpov could have been a great match. I actually think they would've met more than once for the title.

When Fischer won the IZ at Stockholm in 1962, the Russians knew they had a threat on their hands.

It just wasn't realized until ten years later.

  • Man Tal humiliated karpov. Fischer would shit on karpov's gay defense than piss on it and laugh. But hes gone now. O well everyones gonna die sometime

  • By the way GM Judit Polgar looks at the board, she is really a determined chessplayer who means business. She is an exceptional chess talent and no living or already woman chessplayer with such talent as she has. Not even GM Humpy from India! Simple question to ask: Who is that woman chessplayer who does not want to compete in women chess competitions and instead play in men's supergrandmaster tournaments with a resultant 2700 plus rating fro over the years now?

  • boy, i'd love to play her.

  • lmao

  • geeze, you guys are all mean. she handles her business though.

  • I played Judit in a simul on Kasparov's website many years ago now. She beat the **** out of me - as you'd expect. At least I can say I played a GM!!

  • She's an excellent chessplayer!

  • She's a freiken Chess world champion for women and you see her behind???! Well yah, I mean it is kinda nice I guess

  • This is as exciting as watching paint dry. Nice boobs.

  • I bet those puppies hits the floor when let out...

  • Who cares if she is a jew?

  • hey guys, it's Bobby Fischer!

  • @millardforever NOT!

  • she is got sweet little behind :) Or should I say big ? lol

  • looool haha

  • essa mulher e muito doida os cara que tao ae tudo cara de nivel mestre e ela ganhou de 29 e perdeu pra um

  • She's fat

  • she can kick your ass in chess mr skinny

  • Haha Judit is married and has two kids now.

  • i hope the little kid at 2:00 is the one that beat her

  • is judit single or what?

  • She look pretty good, marry me Judit

  • Did she come with a time machine from the 80s?

  • probably looks nicer now after walking the extra lbs. off in those multi person games

  • Amazing to see the Queen of Chess in action - true genius is amazing to watch.

  • i want her

  • Put in the description"she beat 23 chess club level players lost against a fortunate guy and drew with 6 pencils.

  • At the ending "Jack of all boards winner of none" play fischer if you are good enuff!!! He'll take down kasparov, karpov, Mikhail, petrosian, anand and 'Philidor the returned' in a chess simul buwahhahaha

  • she is so hot

  • If she's such a good player then why is she so chubby?

  • She looks like a normal
