was demi lovato really on an eating disorder and had like a bipolar disease or something and thats why she had to go rehab? sorry am just confused as i have heard this recently from a friend of mine. My other however says that demi lovato has no eating disorder or bipolar, she was messed up because she was on drugs and thats why she had to go rehab but i doubt if that is the truth, is it? can someone fill me in i am so confused but yet curious to know.

@sh4d0w2k9 She went to what you refer to as rehab because she was self-harming, anorexic & bulima, she went to get help after a meeting with her parents & manager. she has done drugs, but this was to self-medicate (she addmitted this in an interview on ellen show) she did not go to treatment centre for drugs, alcohol or anything like that, and yes while she was in the Treatment centre she was diagnosed with suffering from a bipolar dissorder. hope i helped.
