@connertofu1 It means the maximum shots the camera is capable of shooting. It's mainly based on how many cycle the mirror mechanism in the camera flips.

You really should have brought a monopod. I'm not too fond of your composition either. You need to spend a lot more time practising. Also, if you're doing slow motion video, shoot at 720p at 60 FPS so it doesn't look as choppy.
