I would have to agree with daitryk on most of his/her points. If you want to affect the kind of change you want to make, do it in a much bigger, more general way instead of targeting individual politicians. Also, I should make it clear that this "report card" is not a good idea. What you may consider failing may be representing his constituency. I know he represents me and I live in his district.
I can admire efforts to get something done in a "personal" way, but it's not effective in that office: If you have a concern with POLICY, take it to DC, not Herndon. Also, the DC office is far more interested in hearing from real constituents than from interest groups.
The staffers are all friendly people, but I doubt they appreciate the condescending "report card." Would you appreciate getting one, honestly? You don't have to be infantile to have a differing view on something as nuanced as Iraq
