If my team mate goes into second chance, I get xp for reviving him.If I shoot an enemy who goes into second chance, then he shoots me dead, but even if he bleeds to death, I'll still get xp, and so will he, win-win. If a team mate revives him after i die, well then good on him, that takes skill.
