  • what is the purpose of flipping them? is not the same work accomplished just by releasing and quickly grabbing on again?

  • @XIPM3 Coordination and timing become a factor. so i guess u could say its just making it a little more difficult by adding challenges to just a swing

    (PLUS its fun lol)

  • I'm pretty sure those are 2 53lbs kettlebells, not 35`s. They may even be 2 77lbs!

  • No, they're 35's. The pro-grade bells are color coded, the yellow ones are 16 kilos= 35 lbs.
