I love Mongolian music. this piece beautifully represent horse galopping and sound. and it is normal, as the instrument is Mongolian Horse fiddle ("Morin Huur" in Mongolian language). Everyone having a good musical education know this. so don't confuse. If the musician is in inner Mongolia, they kept well the Mongolian tradition. thanks!
