This is really helpful and Sonja's good natured humility is wonderful. I am sure she could do all the poses perfectly and edit the video, but instead she shares her lovely humanity and makes it o.k. for the rest of us to do it less than perfectly! Wonderful!!!

In a good way Sonja looks a bit like that soap opera girl, the one who is the host of Biggest Loser. Can't think of her name at the moment. Both are very good looking. And their voices are as well similarly calming and motavating.

It might be easier to keep your balance if you record your commentary afterwards - you can sync the audio track easily using Audacity and watching the video at the same time. That way you can focus on your breathing and form during the poses.

Whenever I did Yoga people always tried to make me talk and it makes it so much more difficult!
