Charlotte seems to have missed the fact that your values, conscience, and wants are also a result of your controlled education and the social influence in your upbringing, they are the result of what you have been taught to want and value.

So when she says that your children's education has nothing to do with their values or conscience, she misses the fact that this change is not a change from good to bad, it's just a change. None of your beliefs or values are your own.

When you were born, you were born naked. So, if someone down the line chooses to steal everything you have, and leave you naked again, that's alright, I suppose. From your philosophy.

But this is even worse. When little children have their minds attacked so as to never achieve their full potential, that is one of the worst crimes of all. But ultra-relativism doesn't mind. Like the old buddhist monks who willingly accepted massacres of peasants, because these were 'illusions'.

True enough, you didn't use the word 'alright'.

You just assume that everything is relative, thus making any change tacitly acceptable. Hence my example of the Buddhist monks who were quite comfortable with genocide, since they also believed in ultra-relativism.

In the West, this was put into circulation by the powers that be (with roots in totalitarian Prussia, by the way) to help 'facilitate' their big 'transition processes'.
